Reliance Life Insurance Company — Policy fraud

Dear Team,
After writing so many mails/Raised complaint to Reliance Life Insurance Company, they are not responding. I(Varun Bansal), raised a complaint with request number [protected] on dated 09 Jan. 2016 against Policy number 52408521. Reliance customer care called and say now we can't cancel this policy. So same I am raising through Consumer court.

I had taken a policy from Reliance executive in Oct 2015, with following promise, can confirm from all the audio clips which reliance should have.
a. Its 10 year premium term and 15 year total term.

b. Its come with a medical insurance of 3 lakh/year for 15 years

c. Its come up with agent benefit with 20%.

d. Reinvestment options

e. Kit will come in 20 days and Bonds will after that a period of 30 days.

f. After every 5 years there will be a return of about Rs48000/-

g. Agent code

h. Medical insurance come for 5 family members. etc etc bala bala

This policy was taken from Mr. Amit singhania and Ms. Kanika Sharma, both of these persons have numbers, which I have.

I received the kit but no bonds. After that I called these persons they said just wait for few days it will come and they pass a courier number with me. When I try to call that courier person he said shortly you will receive the same, its at our HQ. Even after that I wait for few days and try to reach his office, but unable to trace the same.

Then I came to know some mistake and raised this complaint to there center with above mention details.

I don't want to continue this policy.

Kindly cancel the same and refund my full amount with interest, along with all documents which I submit as proof.

When I had not done anything wrong why should I will be sufferer. Company members had done fraud with persons, so company should suffer, not the customers.

I had kept each and every proof. That is enough for me to take full corrupt team leader to court.
