Reliance Life Insurance — fraudulent creation of the account

Myself sushant dubey and my policy number is 53500056. I got a call from ekta shrivastav with mobile number: [protected] stating that i am eligible for 2, 10, 000 rs from reliance nippon life insurance since i purchased this policy directly from company of reliance nippon life insurance.

I confirmed this with my relationship advisor mansi sharma with mobile number [protected] and she said its correct you are eligible. She asked me to pay 58000 which is refundable to initiate the process, she asked me to refer one friend/relative whose account will be created and once his account is created, you will get 2, 10, 000 rs plus 58000 rs upon cancellation of new account created.

I did this by trusting mansi sharma as she mentioned she is on direct payroll of reliance nippon life insurance company.

I did the payment of 58000 rs and new account of my relative mr. Shashank dwivedi is created. His policy number is 53512238.

Please cancel the account of mr shashank dwivedi whose policy. Is attached and refund my 58000 rs asap and take stringent action against those two ladies whose name and numbers are already mentioned above so that they won't fool others like me. They are also tarnishing brand image of reliance and with such acts, reliance will lose customers like me.

I have complained above with reliance and they given me reference number: [protected] for further communication but no resolution.
