Subject:-Reliance Insurance cash flow policy-A cause of shock to policy holder and a Shame on the performance of this company.
I regret the day when I was illusioned and trapped in your cash flow policy no. 10347610, Client ID no. 00527047. During long spell of 10 years w.e.f Nov 2006 to Nov 2015. I invested Rs. 157207.00 through annual installment with a hope to get better returns. But Alas; contrary to my expectations and so called and so advertised excellent performances of your company, I have been left to bear a loss of Rs. 32155.00 i.e 20.45% of my investment. Against my total deposit of Rs. 157207.00, I receipt back only Rs. 125038.00 (Rs. 33333.33 1st return, Rs. 33333.33 2nd return & Rs. 58385.45 as 3rd and final payment i.e a net loss of Rs. 32155.00 + Interest/Dividends etc.), What will happen Oh God! What will happen to the reputation of a so called high level company whose invertors face a loss more than that of 20.45%.
Sir, What to talk of having not dreamed of, I never even heard from any one of such a useless scheme, which, what to talk of dividends or payment of interest even, has swallowed a major part of the initial investment of the policy holder.
I would request you to let me know the complete detail with reasons of this loss and the circumstances leading to this loss. I can also presume that there might have happened miscalculations.If Reliance insurance still claims itself to be near to other performers in this field, it may look into the matter minutely and take necessary action to save the confidence of investors.
Here I may also add that an official/officer of your office at Bathinda contacted on our mobile no. [protected] during Nov 2016 and intimated that he will visit my residence to know my views on outcome of this policy while arranging video conferencing. But, on hearing my views on dismal performance of your company, he has not dared to contact even after elapse 1-1/2 months, what to talk of video conferencing. The said tiny official of your office at Bathinda may have not dared to submit satisfactory explanation but the seniors at highest level will have to owe this responsibly.
