[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — policy surrendered on feb 28, 2019 but money not received till march 09, 2019 | |||
I have surrendered my policy no. 17672117 completing all required formalities on feb 28, 2019. I was told that at max it will take five working days to get the money in account. But today 10 days have lapsed (8 working days) but still the amount to be received in my account. This was a totally unexpected unprofessional working on the part of concerned department.
