Your relience smart point situated in SATYASAI NAGAR TVS NAGAR MADURAI, There is four counter for payment collection. Out of that In one counter only POS machine is working. Remaining 3 counter’s pos is not working properly at all since three to four months.

Every time I m facing server error but amount is debited from account. Then it will reverse back later on. Its mean I want to pay every time double amt. then want to claim back from bank. Its very worst one which result you may reduce your daily customers.

    In your company if we buy large quantity of grocery customers have to pack, sale's employee order in a way that we are taking free of cost, even your security personnel behave very arrogantly, I've decided no to buy any thing from reliance mart

        Hi Team,
        I am from khammam and visited the Ghandi chowk branch, I see the boards cost and system cost add totally different, if talked with branch manager and he says boards need to change, this happened to me lot of times, every time they say the same reason, not sure whether reliance cheating the people or employees not working properly

              I bought some products from avalookunnu reliance smart. Bill amount is Rs-2363. And I didn't got any cash back and didn't get any products like 9 rupee offer product. What to do now. I am a regular customer in reliance. Should I change the shop ?

                Hi Team,

                I have been purchasing groceries for the last 6 months in Reliance Smart which is located in “Iyer Bungalow Madurai -625017, Tamil Nadu”. Today[protected] I went to shop at night as usual. I added items in the cart and while billing asked to redeem my cashback which has accumulated in my account. But the cashier said the server is down and we can't redeem cashback, this is happening 2nd time for me.

                Approximately I am purchasing groceries approximately 10000rs per month. You can check in my account, earlier I did not redeem my cash back due to lack of knowledge because most of the cashbacks expired.

                I am totally unhappy about this bad experience today in this shop. If we are not able to redeem cashback during purchase, please inform customers prior to shopping.

                Sorry! Now I am thinking of continuing shopping further in Reliance smart grocery shop, it is really bad customer experience.

                    Respected sir, Today I went to purchase groceries in ANANTHAPUR Reliance mart APSRTC Bustand, Srinivasan agar.. At the entrance of shop there is huge crowd not maintaing Social distance and The mart Manger wearing Blue jacket ...Manager ..person Misbehaving with me and pushing to Move fast, I asked him Don't push there is a heavy crowd beacause there is a not maintaing properly, billing and the mart also, when I asked don't push like it is not correct way speaking with customers. Please check CCTV footage time 06/03/2022 6:30Pm to 7:30 Pm around..again he is Iam the Manger of Reliance mart Anthapur, srinivanagar I will do what ever you want. It want give complaints give nothing will happens like this he is behaving like Rowdy behavior..

                    So iam Requesting to take action After veryfying the Videos on Cctv footage Date 06/03/2022 at 630 pm to around 7:30 this happens at location: At the just 10 Feet of the Entrance.. you can verify the ccctv footage then take Action Manager.
                    And Hence this should nor repeat for other customer...
                    Finally I did not take groceries due to this problem...And also not maintaing cash counters properly because his mind is on Fighting with customers ..please check CCTV footage at cash counters very high crowd like fish Market..This corona time should maintain social distance and also should behave customers with Good behaviour..He is unfit for Manger...

                    Above all this complaint take action on Manager..
                    Please verify Cctv footage 06/03/2022..time 6:30 pm to 7:30pm

                      We were on queue for more than 20 minutes, after entered into the store found maximum grocery item like edible oil, toor daal, moong daal etc. Were out of stock. However we did shopping for few other item and came for billing. Surprisingly at counter it has told to me only cash, no card payment. When I spoke to store manager he was so rude to answer my concern. May be the store manager have enough free time, but I don't have. I have wasted more than 90 minutes at the store and returned with empty hand. This is ridiculous. If store does not have sufficient stock for customers should close it or inform in advance. So people should not waste time. I have no where seen such mis management.

                          But add in my shopping Bill.
                          And they will cut my charge of those product.

                                Today 1/2/22 again the same amount of Rs 1951/- is debited from an account with the same reference details of reliance smart.

                                  Why should store decide on payment mode and its the right of the customer to choose his own mode of payment

                                  Most of the residents stopped visiting this store due to this issue

                                    I had made an online purchase from jio mart, chengannur on 24th Feb. 2022. Along with others, I had ordered for potato, tomato, beans ...etc. Few tomatoes were rotten, beans not fresh and some were rotten and not suitable for use. tomatoes were very tiny /small. I made a complaint with photographs to the supplier. But neither they responded nor took any action as having gone through the compliant. Since the complaint was made in their portal they cannot say that they haven't seen the complaint. I am keeping the rotten vegetables today also with the hope that hey will come and confirm the facts and do necessary. This is not the first time we are having such a complaint with them. As a senior citizen I avoid maximum direct purchases and that is why I depended them. Please take any suitable remedial action

                                        Today(25 Feb, 2022) visited Reliance mall Shahibaug, Ahmedabad.
                                        Cash counter attendant AJAY, Id : 55632 was not willing to wait for preparing bill as cashback is to be redeemed. This then i found was because his friend was next in line and AJAY told us to go to come other counter giving excuse "server is down" which he lied as his friend bill is prepared immediately. When asked about such action he ignored and talked mannerlessly.

                                        What to do now as a regular customer ?
