I purchased in reliance smart at kodad but I didn't get cashback

Respected sir, Today I went to purchase groceries in ANANTHAPUR Reliance mart APSRTC Bustand, Srinivasan agar.. At the entrance of shop there is huge crowd not maintaing Social distance and The mart Manger wearing Blue jacket ...Manager ..person Misbehaving with me and pushing to Move fast, I asked him Don't push there is a heavy crowd beacause there is a not maintaing properly, billing and the mart also, when I asked don't push like it is not correct way speaking with customers. Please check CCTV footage time 06/03/2022 6:30Pm to 7:30 Pm around..again he is Iam the Manger of Reliance mart Anthapur, srinivanagar I will do what ever you want. It want give complaints give nothing will happens like this he is behaving like Rowdy behavior..

So iam Requesting to take action After veryfying the Videos on Cctv footage Date 06/03/2022 at 630 pm to around 7:30 this happens at location: At the just 10 Feet of the Entrance.. you can verify the ccctv footage then take Action Manager.
And Hence this should nor repeat for other customer...
Finally I did not take groceries due to this problem...And also not maintaing cash counters properly because his mind is on Fighting with customers ..please check CCTV footage at cash counters very high crowd like fish Market..This corona time should maintain social distance and also should behave customers with Good behaviour..He is unfit for Manger...

Above all this complaint take action on Manager..

We were on queue for more than 20 minutes, after entered into the store found maximum grocery item like edible oil, toor daal, moong daal etc. Were out of stock. However we did shopping for few other item and came for billing. Surprisingly at counter it has told to me only cash, no card payment. When I spoke to store manager he was so rude to answer my concern. May be the store manager have enough free time, but I don't have. I have wasted more than 90 minutes at the store and returned with empty hand. This is ridiculous. If store does not have sufficient stock for customers should close it or inform in advance. So people should not waste time. I have no where seen such mis management.

Long ques due to server down issues and this is not one day problem every Sunday it is happening they are always saying like that plz resolve this I was waiting in Queue since 2 hours in line

I have shopping in reliance smart of Rs 37. 62.52.
There 2 item which is not buy by me
not available in my shopping trolly
But add in my shopping Bill.
And they will cut my charge of those product.
I called cash counter executive he ignored me.
No any response from his side.

We have ordered stocks three times to our shop and still not been delivered in time

I purchased merchandise from reliance fresh Udaipur on 24/02/22 worth Rs 1951/- and the amount was paid by card.

Today 1/2/22 again the same amount of Rs 1951/- is debited from an account with the same reference details of reliance smart.

Reliance Smart store (NGEF Layout Mallathahalli pin code 560056)is not accepting GOOGLE PAY mode and insisting us to download Phone Pe which is discrimination

Why should store decide on payment mode and its the right of the customer to choose his own mode of payment

Most of the residents stopped visiting this store due to this issue

I had made an online purchase from jio mart, chengannur on 24th Feb. 2022. Along with others, I had ordered for potato, tomato, beans ...etc. Few tomatoes were rotten, beans not fresh and some were rotten and not suitable for use. tomatoes were very tiny /small. I made a complaint with photographs to the supplier. But neither they responded nor took any action as having gone through the compliant. Since the complaint was made in their portal they cannot say that they haven't seen the complaint. I am keeping the rotten vegetables today also with the hope that hey will come and confirm the facts and do necessary. This is not the first time we are having such a complaint with them. As a senior citizen I avoid maximum direct purchases and that is why I depended them. Please take any suitable remedial action

I ordered the item from jio mart and delivery date is on 23rd February 2022.i called 3times and raised a complaint no proper response and they are not even returning my money. Order number[protected]A.please take action immediately.

Today(25 Feb, 2022) visited Reliance mall Shahibaug, Ahmedabad.
Cash counter attendant AJAY, Id : 55632 was not willing to wait for preparing bill as cashback is to be redeemed. This then i found was because his friend was next in line and AJAY told us to go to come other counter giving excuse "server is down" which he lied as his friend bill is prepared immediately. When asked about such action he ignored and talked mannerlessly.

What to do now as a regular customer ?

I have purchased an OTG oven from Reliance Digital online service. I was supposed recipe the product in 2-3 days but it didn't happen and now its been two weeks no sign of delivery.

I have spent immense energy and tie to deal with their irresponsible customer care. They all giving me false hopes that it will be delivered in two three days but its the third or fourth time they are telling this lie.

I made my order on 11th Feb and it was supposed to get on 14th Feb and complained, n complained and updated to 21st Feb and today is 25th they still haven't changed the dates in the app. and keep on telling two three days. they don't have a specific answer for any of my questions.

More than getting my issue solved I feel ashamed about the fact I spent enormous energy to listen to their lies and hoping something should happen. I thought of cancelling the product but I am highly skeptical whether they gonna give back mymoney or not or I have to spent another valuable time to get back my money. These realince people are true thiefs now I know how they got the biggest company in the world.

I have no idea how to deal with these kinda situation hence writing here, even wrote to their customer support head and CEO. but they are no diiferent than the basic customer care executives.

If anyone who knows how to deal with this pleaseee

I have visited the reliance smart store at miryalaguda (508207), Telangana. At the billing they were not accepting the cashback redemption and asking us to redeem in jiomart app, this means indirectly they were saying not to visit store. The customers from rural background visit the store, to purchase the home needs, at the billing counter the counter person is not accepting the cashback redemeption. Kindly take a note if this and help the customers to redeem the cashback.

I ordered an Item from JioMart and yet to recieve it. I submitted tickets to issue refund and yet to recieve it.

I'm Appalled by the lack of sincerity in their service. It's because of that I urge JioMart to either deliver the item immediately or refund it.

My complaint is towards the Reliance smart of Dhenkanal, Odisha. I am local citizen of the town Dhenkanal where I on a daily basis visit Reliance smart and face a lot of problems like whenever I have query regarding a product I asked the employee of the store but they simply ignore as it feels like they are not interested regarding customer problem and for billing also customers have to make a big line towards a single billing counter even if they have 3-4 extra billing counter but there were no employee in that. So compared to other Reliance stores here customer satisfaction is zero.

The vegetables being sold are at a much higher price than the market rates.

Eggs and bread are not fresh.

Many Grocery items are out of stock.

Please look into the matter.

I purchased a bottle of Dabur honey from reliance smart store in Mangalore. The discount was mentioned as 115 per bottle. However on billing the cashier informed me that it was Rs 85 only. When i asked the store manager Yuvaraj he rudely informed me that it is 85 only and that he does not care about waht is printed. The MRP which was printed as Rs. 430 on the bottle was mentioned as Rs.450 on the shelf. The manager rudely informed me that they increase the prices and show discounts.

While I did not expect reliance to mislead the customer and the managers having a don't care attitude request you to please revert to me on the action taken. My number is [protected] and i Visit your store at least thrice a week.
