I would like to bring to your notice that i visited reliance mart jodhpur saraswati nagar on 18 augest 2021 around 7pm and parked car in the parking area. While leaving aound 7.45pm we noticed a larged dent in back side gate in right side (photos attached), we asked how did it happened they said its not our responsibility, we asked for cctv camera footage they said that area is not covered by cctv camera ...Kindly tell m who is going to take responsibility for that damage

            I purchased goodlifewalnuts from nizampet smart supermarket.I opened the packet.Most of the shells were broken.Taste was also very bad.Unable to eat.

                At reliance super mart at Sargasan ( Gandhinagar) total 13 bill counters are there but at a time only 3 to 4 counters were working during my last three visits. Even during rush hours also . And even in these working counters many customers have to wait because technical issues in generating bills and payment. I have contacted the manager for the same while my visit on 8th August evening but he don't bother and replied in very arrogant manner

                  Price difference on products and costumer service is worst in Vijayawada reliance and shouting at costumers if asking questions about products tickets are not out to date billing agent is using mobile while doing bills product manager don’t know the price of the product

                      As we purchased 9000 rupees product ...we returned one item as we purchased eveng as we checked and try to return next day ..they are not agreeing that they can take 2nd time return of other products as they claiming they cant take second time return bill ...they are not maintained proper lining of products

                        This to inform u that ur store at sardhoo mowa raipur c.g is closing at 9PM instead of 10PM. And the store incharge Mr sarkar telling to do online compaint. He not allowing customer entry after 9PM so that he can go home quickly and was even chatting over phone when we enter the store at 9.12PM hope to take necessary steps. Thank u.

                          Sir I being frequent customer at raipur sadhu store whose timming is 8A.M to 10P.M but the incharge there mr.sarkar is restricting the entry at 9PM because he has to go home quickly. As i went there at 9.12 PM after closing my shop little earlier As the timming written there is 10PM. Mr sarkar didnot even look at watch and said it close. Even he told me to write written complain over website. Hope some one will take it seriously and try to contact us. Thank u.

                                Reliance Jio mart in Budhana have a major issues with cards where it is not working most of the time.Customers are asked to pay in cash or by phone pay.No use of verbal complaint.
                                Another story with Food Cards which are always failed to pay in Jio mart (Buldhana) only where as same card can be used successfuly at other grocery shops.

                                Hope this issue will be resolved as early as possible, Thanks.

After making bill of every day, bill can not print immediately.. Due to bill printing, I have to wait 15 to 20 mins every day. It's your system issue.. Plsz resolve this issue on top priority..
