Reliance smart doing advertise through loudspeakers in residential area I already talk to customers care of reliance smart but no any action still take, advertise through loudspeakers in whole day is wrong

    On 12th Feb, bought 300 gm packet of Milky Moo Chhenapoda from your Rathtala, South 24 Parganas Dist, WB. Written manufacturing date 31.01.21 and good for 15 days. On 14th Feb opened to find fungus on all sides of product. Is anybody accountable or only the customer has to suffer? Is there any redressal? Sad. My invoice no.TR[protected] Bill no.56.

        JioMart salesman name is Mr. Mangesh waghe, he is not doing his job properly with costumers. Rude behavior, talk to the worst with costumers.
        He is supply wrong products to us from JioMart, many times he doesn't provide us cash memo and sometimes bad stuff he supplies like open paket of noodle and open packet of biscuits.
        .
        Please listen our request, we are suffering these types of problems from so many days

          There is no sufficient staff for billing.
          More than 5 billing counter were empty
          This makes s long delay time for the customers..
          This is not fair at all
          Consumer time is very precious for companies like you
          So take this complaint very very very serious and rectify it

            We bought LG front load washing machine in Reliance mart Tirupati. They've sent technician for demo. Technician came with some lg descale packets and he said that for better performance we need to do tub wash for 30 washing cycles.
            He said we need to use those packets for better results. So as per instructions given by technician after 2 months we did tubwash. Then drum color got changed. Now Reliance is saying we are responsible for that it won't come under warrenty but it's sold by demo person by Reliance (Lg)

              We brought and received online grocery from jio mart pune on 29/01/2021, this was our first order from jio mart and the experience we got is horrible, one of the item sugar free natura was opened, we keep faith in reliance and the service given by their staff is totally different .
              we expect the replacement of product.

                  Kwality ice cream was already eaten by somebody

                  Address: Reliance Mart, ITC road, Kurnool, Andhrapradesh.

                  I purchased 3 kwality walls cone ice-cream and later when I reached home I opened the ice-cream and found one of them was already opened and eaten by somebody and closed the ice-cream opening.
                  Give them a warning to Reliance Mart, ITC road, Kurnool, Andhrapradesh....

                  We bought 3 milk packets of nandini and all the 3 milk packets wer spoiled when heated within 20 mins of buying. When we went back with that spoilt milk they refused to accept . And the staff behaviour was worst and not at all polite .

                    I had got a product which I didn't want to buy so I told them to remove it but the staff mistakenly put it in my bag and while leaving the buzzer rang and then I was blamed for stealing and then charged a heavy penalty and they were not ready to accept their fault.
                    I had to pay money for someone else's mistake and that too a heavy amount. Staff is arrogant and their behaviour is unacceptable.

                          I had bought 30 eggs for ₹ 210 from reliance Smart in Darjeeling vide bill no 156 on 19/01/2021 and the cashier was 60456838. Today when my wife boiled 6 eggs and started peeling it, all the eggs were half. I tasted the egg and it was all rubbery as if it was an artificial egg. I have kept the eggs both the boiled and the raw eggs aside. It would be appreciated if a quality check is done on such products as your company is a reputed company. I would be grateful if I get a refund for the eggs because I cannot consider replacement as the quality may be the same. An early response from your end would be appreciated.

                            I have purchased groceries using the jio mart app using order ID[protected]A on 29/11/20 of 502Rs. Amount. At that time there is a 10% cashback offer for payment made through jio upi. So I made a payment using jio upi but upto today I didn't get the cashback for this.

                            They Provide a Ticket No:[protected] regarding this complain on 18 Dec 2020 but didn't get any solution regarding this issue. I have Number of times call to customer care and Mail them but didn't find Solution

                            So do needful for the same and waiting for positive replay.

                              When I have done payment through SBI yono QR Scan at bhilwara reliance mart amount is debited from my account is twice then entered amount and even same amount has not been credited in reliance mart account. Kindly do needful urgently and respond how amount can be debit just double automatically and refund debited amount.

                                    Today when i went shopping i saw a customer inside he shop who had pulled the mask down to his throat and not covering his mouth. He coughed multiple times as well and that too near the grocery which lies open so customer can buy them in the loose. I have gone and complained to the customer care inside. But really dont know if any action was taken. Because i did complain on the spot and he sales girl told me they were helpless as customers dont listen to them. I think the company needs to empower the employees to ask such people to get out.

                                      I purchased groceries in Reliance mart cuddalore, Tamilnadu on 30/11/2020 and opted for door delivery, they delivered the groceries but one item(henko stain washing powder 1 Kg) was missing, I called to the shop and customer care and sent a several mails, they purposely avoiding all the call, door delivery in reliance mart is trust worthy, so many stores are offering genuine services in cuddalore, No one is there to answer our querries
