( I want to purchase fruit jam) But I bought a Del Monte Tomato ketchup By mistake from smart point from smart point Store at 7:31. On 7:45 the manager clearly denied to exchange it

I purchased a Swarnam Gingelly oil from Reliance mart on December 9th, 2020 at Alappuzha. (Please find the attached bill for reference)

As you know, the price in the bill is Rs 231 whereas the MRP of the product is just Rs 215. ( Picture attached).This is a matter of grave concern as thousands of customers might have been cheated this way. I'm fully aware of my consumer rights and the penalty amount that I would be eligible for if I escalate this issue to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.

Kindly take a necessary action or else I would be forced to approach consumer court.

Instead of many staffs..i found no staff at billing counter...i hv keep on calling the staff but no body is responding..no manager to take care of things

The staff here are very indecent and do not give proper response. They are occasionally found to use profound language such as torture customer, and using foul language. Their manager Mr.Mani don't seem to stop or teach them how to deal with customers. Also it takes a lot of time for billing and grievance address mainly due to lack of manager not bring present most of the time. This incident not once or twice but many times in the past and will soon be the reason for customer moving to other places.

This is to inform you that I usually shop for my monthly provisions at
Reliance Smart, No. 7 C, Rathina Samy Nadar Road, Bi Bi Kulam Rd, Opp Income Tax Office, however the whole place is kept in a very shabby manner and there is no way for the customers to move around and do the shopping. The team there is not at all concerned and helpful to the customers. All the things are scattered in the ground with very little place to move around. Further, half the billing counters are not functioning. Please look into the matter.

I have made a purchase in reliance mart kodigehalli main road k r puram bangalore 560049
On 24th nov 2020 in the payment counter I have made a payment through my Dbs atm card but suddenly amount got error. So I have been paid through phone pay its from another bank payment got successfull. Than after 2 days on 26th Nov December 2020 again in my Dbs bank amount got deducted in my account phone no [protected]

Purchased qty two Sterling early learning all in one clip board item code 48173010 from Reliance smart, kanpur road, Belgaum. The offer cost was Rs 79. Whherin in the bill I was charged Rs 79 for one and Rs. 124 for other.

Copies of bill, item with rate tag are annexed. My total bill was Rs 6377 with total 81 lines of bill. This is happening second time with. Pls look into the matter refund the amount n initiate action against the mart. Pls apprise me action taken

Patia store not follow the COVID guidelines, sanitizer not available at the entrance gate. Crowded inside the store and the billing counters
50% counters are closed. Staffs including floor manager and store manager absent
Staff are doing monopoly.

I've ordered from Jio Mart, my order number[protected]M placed on[protected] was missing products almost all of them. The delivery boy may have kept two products and had only given me one product that to not in use And more over he handed me bill of all the items that included the missing items. Delivery Associate Mir Ali [protected]. If youre company is so dishonest to your customers why you even selling them. And those goods which are not available and your delivery boy isn't loyal.Jio Mart is the worst. I've been facing these type of missing product issues since 1st purchase close your fake jio mart.

My order number[protected]M placed on[protected] was missing products almost all of them I had ordered 1)Zen Tofu paneer 200 pouch of two and 2)Thirumala Fresh Paneer 400 g (Pack) and 3)Twin Cities Curd Chillies I've recieved just the chills and no zen tofu paneer and no thirumala fresh paneer I only recieved rs.19 chills and got the total order bill of rs.234. If you are so dishonest to your customers why you even selling them goods which are not available or your delivery boy isnt loyal.Jio Mart is the I've had facing these type of missing product issues since 1st purchase close your fake mart.

I have purchased of Rs.3658.96 from reliance smart and the same amount has been debited from my account.the cashier told me to pay the cash due to the failure of payment for which I have also paid the cash Rs.4000.00

Out of 16 billing units only 3 are working, full rush of ppl here, This unit is always not giving proper facilities for ppl, we have to wait for 20 mins for billing

Third class management, They are not even stand for a star any star Rating.
Request to all buyer please check their bill many of products they don't provide any scheme as per their tag of .

I personally have very bad experience we have visited store 3 times every time in bill their where mistake.

While billing they don't say we can't buy for sum of rupees bt while any complaints or return they have their policies it can't be exceed 1000 rs.

While recent purchase parel g biscuit tag was 80, while billing it's 90 after complaining about product the tag was change for 93 and billing was 100 rs. Red bull can 350 ml tag was 107 while billing it's 127, loose lokwan wheat tag was 28rs while billing it's 44rs, samwad Agarbatti tag 25 rs in bill 45 rs,

1 floor is messed up with any products with no properly tag of products customer are given advice from their management if you want to now price check it while billing.

In Milton electric tiffin box the product is Nayasa tiffin box and floor manager is say that is not are fault. While I am trying to saying him why should we pay 999 for tiffin whose rate is 699 he is saying choose another one.

If we buy any loose product such as wheat rice etc please check their tag of weight with price.

Management don't recognize their problem with their improper knowledge they are blaming on ground staff they even don't know the product name or rate.

Maximum product are without tag of their mrp and scheme

After complaints manager as well as their team member are not responding for proper solution, they even have a proper solution.

Experience very bad with such a reputed brand

This is 4 th time &, M' observing there are stones in the Packet,
Not only first time, 4times i have observed, very big stone is there and i gabe taken photos attched in the mail,
You people were say its hygenic and high standards of food saftey.
No saftey wat taken by you,
M' going to file the case regarding this Reliance product.
Will go leggally and will convwy the Messge to Food Corporation of India also.
Such a big stone, the people will die if same thing repeats.So i will tale a action regarding syone food product.

Recently I visited reliance mart garhwa jharkhand where Store manager named santosh Sharma was behaving very Rudely with his employees and addressing like abusing and he has no dressing sense and
And another person named pravin upadhayay he has no manner to talk with customers
I thin they are not well trained
I have seen them many times
Please recruit some trained employees for managing store

This is a suggestion to improve the quality and service of Reliance we believe reliance is a pioneer in supermarket please take this suggestions as a good will.

1. The mart do not have properly maintained trolley. They should keep small trolleys and bags for small purchases. Well maintained trolley or bags help customer to buy more stuff else customer gets irritated and need to get off the mall immediately.
2. Food are not stacked properly, most of the time the biscuits are cracked due to fall and improper handling. Passages are too narrow to pass the trolley or for human traffic. You should be given more importance to material handling in the malls.
3. Staff keep blocking the way with big trolleys and ignores customer. staff should make their decorations and stacking when there is low rush this helps customer to roam around without getting disturbed.
4. Staff Courtesy not available, there should be proper trained personal to handle old age and people carrying babies/toddlers. Also staff should be more polite with customer.
recommend to start baby care at mall.(play area)
5. Complaint book not available at cash counter instead they tell you to go all around to customer care where nobody cares to go.
May be reason you don't get feedback from customer.

Please review your marts sanity and staff this might be a turning point for the Reliance business.
