Today evening we purchased vegetable at reliance mart parsik nagar we take paper bag from vegetable counter put vegetable in the bag and for payment we reach billing counter. There is 1 counter is free. But the employee said counter is closed but there is no any board or close gate seen on that counter. We didn’t say anything and reach another counter. We paid money through cash on other billing counter and reach the exit gate where the employee check the bill and product. On that exit gate employee said u can’t take paper bag. And employee give us all vegetable in our hand. It is very embarrassing. On vegetable counter no any notice we seen ‘paper bag not for veggie’ or even billing counter employee didn’t say, “you can’t take this bag for vegetable”. But the exit gate employee said this.
We are very unhappy with your employees this is our 3 rd visit in this market and every visit we see this how they treat & behave. Every time we face issue on payment counter as well as exit gate.
They talk rudely behave improper we are very unhappy with your employee.

Today i bought clothes from reliance trendz near aundh in pune, maharashtra. And i opted for card payment of rs.1103 and it wasn't successful for three times so i used other card. But after some time my account was debited by amount of 3309 rs. I checked it in my bank account mini statement and then i came to know that. So i want refund of that amount.

I had ordered a carton of 24pc amul moti toned milk on 28th march 2018 with online payment done via debit card, and delivery came on 29th march 2018. However, all the pouches had packaging dates of 30th jan 2018 and 2nd feb 2018, which means nearly 2 months had elapsed between packaging and delivery. Since the expiry date of the milk is 90 days from packaging, it is absolutely unacceptable to deliver a product where 60% of the shelf life has already elapsed. Hence the product was rejected.
On speaking to the customer care contact number, i was informed that the 2nd feb stock was the most recent in the store. Hence i have returned the product and requested a refund of the amount.
This is the second consecutive time that old stock is being delivered for amul moti. Kindly ensure that the incident does not repeat a third time and complete the refund of the amount paid.

Sir, i had visited your store at vijayanagar, bangalore. I had purchased mangoes but they ask the payment for different price tag, because they are selling the wrost, the mangoes that can’t be eaten by an animal. You can see the pic added. The supervisor he don’t know even anything. This kind of product you are selling to the public. I[censored] done so then a perfect person should be their to satisfy the customer that “ our mukesh ambani is tightly connected with the central government and we can sale anything to our customers “. Just ridiculous, my goodness nobody is their to talk... Because u have a good connection.. I know nothing will be happen but just for your attention...

Yesterday i visit to reliance market which is located on gms road dehradun, actually i was trying to buy a led through bajaj fiv. So i asked the reliance market attended "is bajab fiv. Available at ur place so that i can buy a led initially he said that we can provide the facility to you and you can by a product so i reached there" left my important work at my office "to buy it, after making me await till 3 hour the assistant manager of the reliance denied by saying that we have some internal issues with bajaj so can t provide the deal, but my complain is if you have any internal issues with so and so company then you have to make it settled with your self, you not suppose to make fool your customer like this

Sir, today evening we purchased some groceries at reliance mart kurnool there we paid money through debit card initially they told that card unable to pay so we paid through another card it completes the transaction but after sometime we received a message that money is also debited from 1st swiped card so here money paid 2 times so please once verify and refund as early as possible.

They display buy 1 get 1 offer for neelkamal chair but when you actually go to counter to buy product they say offer is not coming on their system and promise me to update the system and deliver it to my home. Now the store manager rahul[protected] neither delivered not picking up my phone. I think they cought they are cheating with customer that if customer doesn't notice they can sale both the product in actual mrp. I have contact rahul second time and he said system has been updated but waiting for approval but they will definitely send it next they before 12:00 pm but still waiting for that.

Reliance mart - employee behavior

Hello i am your company customer, i am very unhappy with your employee and his name is mr. Dilip ji, i went shopping on 1st march, 2018, like always on reliance mart, lake city mall, id, udaipur, this employee i got reliance nattin if you ask that rate, then it will be m. R. P. At 215 rupees i said all the companies have a skim on the reliance, otherwise they have to say it, then it is connected...

I am regular customer of reliance mart since years. I have purchased reliance select besan from your khardi branch.
When i have opened the packet, we have found 2 dead cockroaches from it.
Because of that besan, me and my wife has food poising as well and both were admitted to hosital.
This is the worst product from reliance; and now i lost the trust as well; i think i have to also complaint it on social networking sites as well (Fb/twitter); so that no one should buy such bad product and get sick...

My name is mohan..& the matter is related to reliance market, himalaya mall, bhavnagar gujrat... On last sunday i visited the reliance store... After shopping of rs. 505.22... I paid through swipe card.. Money debited from my account but the salesman said that payment not complete..& told me that.. Payment ll be back in your account after 2 days... But up to 3 days... When my money is not back... I called the salesman...& asked him about my payment... He told me that come to store & take your payment... I want to ask.. Is the customer is fool?
If money was debited &.. Why they not accept it... Why i came with empty hand... Why i have to go again store...?

I was visit your mart at bhilwara (Raj) on 31. December 2017, there were told me i[censored] pay above 3000 by paytm u get 5 % cash back on 31/12/17. I had paid by paytm amount rs 3107 but still i have not receive cash back. I have contect at your bhilwara mart and contect to mr. Rohit and tell my problem but he can't give me satisfactory reply. I have also contect paytm customer care but they said it is mart matter we. Can not do any thing. Kindly provide my cash back

I had placed a prepaid order [protected] on 18 jan 2018 and to be delivered on 21 jan 2018 between 7:30 to 10 am slot. When i did not receive the order, i called up the customer care at 9:50 am and i was told that i would be called back with status in next 5 minutes. Till today i have not received call, and when i called today i am being told that the status is showing delivered and not ready to confirm anything. I was placed on hold and then the call was disconnected. However i have not received the delivery. Please refund me the amount asap

He don't know how to treat the customer as well as in knowledgeable manner. If we have any query or anything he won't reply at constant.in front of customer he treat one girl in rude manner whether she is fresher or.. But the way he treat in front of all customer is the bad thing. Who gave rights to scold or. Beat in front of customer. Make proper sence to treat this like guy here in future.

Dear reliance today I am one of your customer today I have purchased a sweet potato from the reliance mart in Guntur I founded the display price of Sweet potato is Rs/-15 and I have buyer it for Rs/-33/kg and I cannot noticed at that moment and I am in hurrying to go my house and when I got of the seal on the packet I found it please change the rate in the machine I want complaint you not for Rs/-20 if this will continue the other people will suffer

Bineesh, i was called on your store for some information, but he picked a call ans told "ha kon bol raha hai kya kam hai"there is no greeting and no saying that is i m connected with reliance store he talking very rudely to me that is very wrong, we are your respective customers and i think there is way to talk to any person but i see how they treat to customers, i hope what i am writing to you! Your complaint team will be do something for this guy, this type of guys are downing the companies reputation. Please implanting a good employees for your stores, who behave well to customers

We purchased ao smith water purifier from reliance mart anantapur as they confirmed ao smith service is available, but after purchasing the item they are telling service is not available and reliance people will come and install the product for which we did accept at first but they convinced us that they are very expirenced and know every thing on how to install and there will not be any issue. But during installation they damage the product and water isleaking from filters now they are responding to the issue at all and telling some nosence stories.

I m prince manohar, i had purchase various items in the month of may2017 but 2thing of in all item is induction pressure cooker or mixer grinder is not working after 15days, i had complain to both company but not resolve & told me that contact to reliance shop from where u purchase.. (Address: door no 7-4-8211, survey no 28/1, sagar link road, bairamalguda, near chintalkunta check post, hyderabad, telangana 500079).
After few month reliance market have taken and repaired the mixer but till date my pressure cooker haven't returned to me... When i contact to concern person she told me just wait....... Still i m wating from june2017... I m sending my bill of tease items...
Plz resolve it asp, in case i will contact to higher authoriy...

Sir, at your retail outlet, whenever any scheme comes for any product, the local shopkeeper rushing to pick up all the quantity of the product and same product is not available for retail customer. Si many times i noticed the same. Recently i noticed in the product of tresmie shampoo. These shopkeeper grabing whole stock from reliance mart and selling the product on mrp. So to restrict this you please make the provision so that shopkeeper should not take product in mass and customer should get the product. This complaint is related to your gandhidhm kutch dist. I am regular customer of Reliance Mart. Today I had a very bad experience that 15 days back I had purchased 500 gm Lion Arabian Dates from Reliance Mart Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. today When I have opened the packet of dates I was shocked and furious to find insect inside the dates. The product manufacturing date 01.11.2017. Kindly advice.

I have been dedicated customer of reliance smart (Across from the refinery) for the last 4 1/2 years. On average, i spend around 5, 000 rupees/ week at this location. Today (11/17)- i visited the store to purchase my weekly groceries in which i was told by the teller/ mgr that i needed to apply/ have reliance card in order to make purchases. I asked kindly, "please let me purchase these groceries/ items which i need"; however, i was refused service. Please provide document that states when this policy became effective due to the fact i made purchases at this location last saturday (11/11) and i was not informed of this new policy. I checked the doors of the store for posted information and the reliance website; however, i cannot find any information on this new store requirement. I left the store feeling discriminated against and feeling bad for a store loosing sales of this magnitude in a market that is currently "cold" and sales are down. Please provide.
