Hi Team, I submitted my bag at the time of entry at the entry gate if reliance mart jaipuria mall indirapuram.
When I was exiting I found the bag was replaced. The security team checked and he told that my bag was picked away by another customer as the entry summit desk was un attended.
Why was the security entry desk unattended?
Please take action .

I had purchased one AC Split 1.5 ton of Godrej Company on 23.03.2023.

Despite of many many calls on this customer care no. [protected] & email on [protected]@jiomart.com No body came for installation the AC

After frustrating and painful experience, I called Godrej representative to Install the AC and taken charges Rs 1428/-

Receipt of charges has been sent to RJIO Mart via email on [protected]@jiomart.com for refund the charges in my account but still no resolution is there.

We have done a payment in reliance mart, niranjanpur Mandi, dehradun, uttarakhand, India on 30th March, 2023 of INR 1124.05. Transaction UPI ID: UPI/[protected]/UPI. After so many complaints, we have not received any refund from the mart. We have the complaint on the same day but there is no response from the admin team. Then we have done a reminder complaint (number is: 4406786 ) on 11/04/2023. We have requested to you please see the matter as this is very wrong behaviour from a reputed organisation like Reliance. We are looking for the positive response from your side.

Jio mart

I have bought a Samsung handset on 26.01.23 which had some technical issues.

Since this was within the return period I have raised a return however JIo asked me to visit service center to get a DO. When I went to service centre they said DO period was over.

Jio did not communicate any DO period to me

I had to sell the handset at a loss of Rs 2000.
Further they also did not give me the free jio sim.

I want some action against this fraud company with compensation.

I am Sherin John, I purchased a few items from the Reliance smart point Pulinchode near the metro station on Dec 3rd, 2022 for Rs.683.46. I made the payment by Gpay.

Later I went to another shop but I accidentally G pay Rs 225 to the Reliance smart point instead of making the payment to that shop.

I have enclosed the bill for Rs683 and also sharing the payment of Rs 225/- which I made to Relaince smart point.

Kindly refund the amount to my account.

Yesterday (5/04/2023) I bought a pack of chocolate from reliance mart Najafgarh branch. I forgot to check the expiry date of that product. Today when I open the pack, the chocolate is looking disgusting then I checked the details and it is clearly written that the chocolate must be used by Jan 2023 ....

I did an online transaction of ₹1054 in Reliance Smart (PGBT road, Tarbahar, Bilaspur C.G)on 22nd March at 1:50 P.M using BHIM UPI . The transaction was successful from my side but. Reliance Smart said that they did not receive the amount and also took cash payment from me forcefully, thus they took double money from me. I didn’t receive my money yet on 6th April….after 15 days….they given me a ticket with Interaction ID SD32321491….....

I paid via UPI for the first time. Store person told me that payment has not been received so I paid again but for for the first time too my money was debited so I complained to store they raised ticket but after that too I have not received my money back. My ticket ID is SD32424164

I have always been avid buyer from Jio mart from all the categories. This time I am very much dis hearted from Jiomart.
Few days back i.e. on 29th January I ordered three frocks from kid section and received them on 2nd February but all of them had issue so I had to return them. Their pickup was done on 6th February to which refund amt. I received on 11th February but only of 1 item for other 2 items I didn't received refund yet. Since then I am calling the customer care but I m not receiving any solution and when I send them mails they close by complaint window without solving the issue or giving any valid answer. I even called pickup person who pickedup the package. Even he says that there were 3 frocks which I took from you to return them back. Request you to look into this matter and help me out in this issue, I only have hope from your side now. I am stating details below of the order:

I purchased Balaji potato chips from Reliance mart and realized that i was charged more than mrp. Brought it to the notice of shop manager but since difference was only 50 paisa it was ignored. Issue of charging more than mrp is not expected from a brand like Reliance and they should do something to fix this issue urgently.

I am forcefully paid 2500INR for mistakenly missed one Item during billing, security guys threatened me for police.

Today I did shopping of 31 products in which one product was unbilled, it was missed due to high volume of items on counter, I informed them to bill at security gate but they told me to wait for verification, I was with my 6 months pregnant wife, I told them please bill this product but...

What is your timing of closure of the store. I have tried to enter in store at 9.45 in the evening but security denied entry to me by saying ...internal staff will scold him if I allow me to enter and started arguing with me badly. I checked online and it showed that shop is open till 10.00 pm. Either allow costomers till 10.00 pm or change online timings to 9.30 pm so that we would not get misguided. Kindly teach your employees to behave properly with the costomer. Even store manager was not present at this time in the store.

I am going tk store about4 days but he didn't taking my refund and insulting me please take an action and resolve this issue and I suggest that anybody didn't go to reliance mart.

Purchased coffee worth 660 at reliance smart, udupi for Japanese visiting student . Fave app was used to pay the amount from the wallet. Although the transaction was successful, but the counter person mentioned no money received. Had to pay the amount using credit card.

Store person assured that money will be refunded in 4-5 days time, Not picking call nor money is refunded.

Today I was visited at Reliance Mart morning at about 7:40am, but the security guard refused to enter in the mall & told me to wait outside.
When I checked at Google map the timing of the mart is 7:00am opening & 9pm closed.
I really don't know why they do this to me.

Am regular customer of Reliance mart. today I visited reliance mart located near meerankot chownk, airport road, Amritsar. it is very bad to knew about there is no provision of packing. it very difficult to carry grocery or other item. then i talk to help desk there. they told company stop packing facility from last month and i got also negative response from their side. which was very bad experience for me and my family. kindly resolve this...
