That product was expire and smart staff was not taking it back...

They have posted fake offers.
whenever one tries to reedem the offer.
they create false excuses that sugar is stockout take atta instead
moreover few items cant be scanned.
overall there is no change by changing name from big bazar to reliance.

I have complaint against one fat security lady who has abused me physically at Reliance mart...

Yesterday I bought Chitale shrikhand from reliance Mart Aundh. I found the shrikhand was in very bad condition as it smells very bad and taste also very bad. And expiry date was also near. Mfg date was 25th July 2022 and it will be best before 3 months from mfg date. So expiry date is 25th Oct. I didn't check the expiry date before billing because of trust in reliance mart .Please look into this ASAP....

Regulary there was billing issue in this location. Today I am waiting from almost half n hour. But issue still not resolved and there is no alternative solution frok your team on the same.

Simply they are saying systems not working and customers are returning back.

Today I came across a incident that, Reliance smart store Uttarahalli main road, AGS Layout Bangalore denied to accept the payment online. They said its only cash mode they have due to change in accounting system.

Now a days even a road side flower marchent accepts phonepe, google pay for Rs. 10.00 bcoz they want to upgrade to new system of cash less transactions.

But Reliance says that de to change in accounting...

Its observed recently that, reliance mart on uttarahalli main road Near AGS Layout, bangalore. has started dealing only in cash and they have posted a posted in entrance that "only cash" on enquiry its told that its company rule newly implemented for better accounting system.

There are many complaints like products are sold more then the tagged price, packed food items are sold even after expiry...

It's mingmar Sherpa from Salugara siliguri, when ever we come we get problem on billing point you have 17 billing point but working is only 3 point why is like this on this why we don't have picture n video option other i could show you very clear way please look forward....

On a particular date there was a bank transaction jumped out and had to osh cash details are innthe screen shot snd Mr. Elavarasan the manager I had cmunicated several times but I feel there us heirarchy problem. Thr amount is 410.05 refund yo be fone by relisnce smart. Smart has most hanging system as if one frequently does nit work then the system shud throw the money back like in Amazon learn from them...

I bought a Pigeon glasstop on August 25th from Reliance Mart Nagercoil. I went to replace it as there was yellow flame and black soot all over. When I went into the store to get some things. In the Billing counter I asked for a bag which is used to carry the products purchased on the store they charged me RS 32.5 for cotton bag which had their brand name & logo printed on it.
Are we the persons used to advertise the brand logo and name buy buying the cotton bag for RS 32.5
This is unfair trade practice. The store should sell the bags for free or the bag should not contain...

I ordered phone by giving payment online
But i didn't get the particular phone which was mentioned in bill
I contacted to reliance but after 3 months of continuous harassment they told, they would not give any resolution

I want justice...
