1. For Modern Bread they are charging more than MRP (On advt showing a lesser amount).
2, On Shop labels showing buy 1 get one offer and on bill charging for both product.

On 19/11/22 I purchased some articles from Reliance Mart, Forum Mall, Rourkela. After I swapping my debit card total Rs.1952.17 deducted from my debit card but they said they didn't received any money. So I paid them by cash. They promised to refund my money within 15 working days. Till today I haven't received any money back.

As per reliance mart double payment resolution they request me to contact bank for charge back request. I have applied and bank raised complaint id and assure me that within 15 days beneficiary bank will refund my amount i.e ₹1230 or update me accordingly through call or message. But still no amount nor any update recieved yet. I again contact my respective bank but they called me that they have already process the complaint and from there side process has been done now beneficiary bank (reliance) will take futher charge on this matter. So now i have no other way to contact you only to handle this matter because after all these issue i have contacted several time to customer care to reliance and my bank sbi too. I have already waiting since 1. Nov 2022 for this problem still I'm not getting and resolution which is refund. Please help me out asap.

Reliance Ranchi itki road gowdon unloading staff not coordinating properly and not responding and quarry. And unloading staff are very aggressive behaviour when I talk. His not fare loss a job. He like a owner. Don't have any responsibility to do good job.

Amount 1416/- debited on 01 Dec 2022, but it's not refunded till now

Also one of the staff members behaves rudely with the customer

I have made a purchase of grocery from reliance mart salem branch for the amount of 3775.69 while make the payment through UPI my account no.[protected] IOB ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED BUT FROM YOUR END YOU HAVE TOLD THAT TIME OUT RESPONSE OCCUR HENCE PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED KINDLY MADE THE COMPLAINT IN YOUR BANK, ITS NEARLY ONE WEEK GONE THERE IS NO REFUND TAKE PLACE, TRANSACTION ID IS UPI 234441, kindly check it repay the amount to my account

Reliance Fresh Supermarket at Thanikachalam Road, T, Nagar, Chennai, is fraught with innumerable problems right from day one it started

1.Out of three checkout counters only one is being operated since the last six months. During lean times there is nobody even in this one counter

2.During rush time the wait is almost three times asmuch as in other local supermatkets

3. The customers are being told every alternate day the card swiping machine is not working and we should pay cash.

4. 90 out of 100 we are being informed that the supermarket does not have any change and the counter staff do not care about losing business for want of change. While in all the. other supermarkets in the locality we get change whatever be the bill amount.

5.Every nowand then business is stopped under the pretext that the"network is down"

6. There seems to nobody resposible for handling complaints at the branch level

7.Most of the staff are generally discourteous and customers unfriendly.

8. Is there a branch incharge or not

9.If this branch is continued to be run this way, I think no customers will come and it may have to be closed down

I have purchased some items from reliance mart hajipur while billing I paid the bill through upi but the cashier told me that the transaction is not successful please wait and after couple of minutes he asked me to make the payment again so I asked what will happen to the debited amout he told that it'll be reverse as it is not successful so I made the payment at that time but now it has been 6 days since then and I have not received my refund of 1997.93. I have purchased some items from reliance smart Shipra Mall Ghaziabad branch dated 27 nov 2022 of amount ₹3114.18 through paytm but due to branch operator technical error it doesn't reflect that amount has been received but from my side it has deducted from my bank account. staff requested me to do payment through another mode so i paid same amount through ICICI Debit Card. They assure me to refund my paytm amount in 2 to 3 working days.br...

Payment deducted from my card and purchased products not given as cashier could not generatr invoice. It was cashier fault. Amt of rs. 1726 dated 19/11/22.Till date no refund plz do the needful

I made payment of rs 579 through canara bank app.they said they have not received. And again I made from phone pe twice debited my account.

The shop closure timing is 10:00 PM for Reliance Mart as per their timings board. However they close the shutters daily between 9:30 and 9:45

I paid money in sikar reliance smart TH[protected] with this upi and upi name is ayan accessories and storer said to me money was not credited in my account and misbehave with me and my name is Asif kachawa he take double money from me bill is 491 and he take double 982. I said give me in written and tell me money was not come in your account. so he gave me and misbehave with me. That product was expire and smart staff was not taking it back

They have posted fake offers.
whenever one tries to reedem the offer.
they create false excuses that sugar is stockout take atta instead
moreover few items cant be scanned.
overall there is no change by changing name from big bazar to reliance.
