I have purchased some items from reliance mart hajipur while billing I paid the bill through upi but the cashier told me that the transaction is not successful please wait and after couple of minutes he asked me to make the payment again so I asked what will happen to the debited amout he told that it'll be reverse as it is not successful so I made the payment at that time but now it has been 6 days since then and I have not received my refund of 1997.93. I am attaching the transaction screenshots PFA

        I have purchased some items from reliance smart sector 11 Udaipur Rajasthan branch dated 1 nov 2022 of amount ₹1230 through paytm but due to branch operator technical error it doesn't reflect that amount has been received but from my side it has deducted from my bank account. staff requested me to do payment through another mode so i paid same amount through phonepe. They assure me to refund my paytm amount in 7 working days.

        From my side so many complaint has been registered still my problem not been solved yet.

        I have attached respective screenshot from paytm, phonpe, bank statement, reliance staff screenshot regarding log. All details mail to [protected]@ril.com. they revert me (inform you that we have received only single credit for the transaction dated 01/11/2022 at Reliance Smart store- Udaipur).

        As i shown them my bank transaction screenshot that it proven than it has been scanned from there store pc. Company or store staff operator was answerable to whom it has been paid. Reliance smart branch manager will ensure whose the incharge at that particular time of payment, whose scanning code was shown to customer, how it make false payment and request to pay double amount, if really its technical error than how through other mode the same amount has been received. Its reliance smart branch responsibility to ensure customer from frauds and must take strict action.

        Due to transaction enquiry bank reply me that they were not answerable to this. If its case of failed transaction, or delaying in payment then bank is responsible otherwise respective store have to handle this matter it may be case of misleading, fraud, or etc.

        I again contact store and reliance customer care and share detailed information with proofs they generate new complaint id 4194332. Still no response yet received. Firstly they assure me that yes its confirmed that double payment is received from our side then they neglected that no amount recieved in there bank account. For 1 week they not even put my amount problem in there log list after my complaint they file it. How irresponsible behaviour they're and now no response I'm getting just ignorance or delaying procedure. What to do now.. I'm facing poor service from there side and its been almost 1 month still my problem is same no refund get.
        Please help me out you are my last hope to handle this matter and take strict action against them.

          I made payment of rs 579 through canara bank app.they said they have not received. And again I made from phone pe twice debited my account.

            The shop closure timing is 10:00 PM for Reliance Mart as per their timings board. However they close the shutters daily between 9:30 and 9:45

              I paid money in sikar reliance smart TH[protected] with this upi and upi name is ayan accessories and storer said to me money was not credited in my account and misbehave with me and my name is Asif kachawa he take double money from me bill is 491 and he take double 982. I said give me in written and tell me money was not come in your account. so he gave me and misbehave with me. I also show him my bank statement money will also debited from my account ….my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                    whenever one tries to reedem the offer.
                    they create false excuses that sugar is stockout take atta instead
                    moreover few items cant be scanned.
                    overall there is no change by changing name from big bazar to reliance.

                          Yesterday I bought Chitale shrikhand from reliance Mart Aundh. I found the shrikhand was in very bad condition as it smells very bad and taste also very bad. And expiry date was also near. Mfg date was 25th July 2022 and it will be best before 3 months from mfg date. So expiry date is 25th Oct. I didn't check the expiry date before billing because of trust in reliance mart .Please look into this ASAP.

                            Regulary there was billing issue in this location. Today I am waiting from almost half n hour. But issue still not resolved and there is no alternative solution frok your team on the same.

                            Simply they are saying systems not working and customers are returning back.

                            We didn't expect this type of approach as a customers from reliance. This is not right way.

                            Please look into this and provide permanent solution to this location.

                              I am a regular customer of your Mart at Sasaram, Bihar.My mobile no also mentioned in each bill during billing.But till date I have no received any notification/message regarding Mart materials or any other discounts/coupon of the Mart
                              Due to this I am unable to avail the facilities of your Mart. Today my colleague has received message on his mobile regarding the diwali gift (snactac soan papdi @ Re 1/- ) with using the code given by you .

                              So please consider the matter and add my mobile number with you so that I will receive such type of message and take the benefits of your Mart products.

                                My Name is Nitin Sharma, Yesterday I have Visited to Reliance Smart Store at Ambernath-E Nisarg Green, there i have selected a shirt MRP Rs.599 offered at Rs.199. which has displayed o offer board. when i came for billing at POS counter its billing amount was 599 instead of 199. One of staff has visited with me at same shirt section I have showed him the board, when he visited to Department manager and store Manager they denied to provide offer price said offer has finished.

                                Its very improper response from store team for a customer. If the offer got finished why the same board has still there at display. And if offer board is displayed why offer price has not given.

                                It takes around 2 Hrs of Me & my family for selecting apparels from store. its billing amount is around Rs.5000 which I left there as un-billed. My point is that My time was fully wasted at store.

                                I have visited for 1st time in store for shopping with family and I experienced very poor response.

                                If the necessary action not been taken. I will forward this compliant to Consumer Portal.

                                Expecting response ASAP.

                                    Today I came across a incident that, Reliance smart store Uttarahalli main road, AGS Layout Bangalore denied to accept the payment online. They said its only cash mode they have due to change in accounting system.

                                    Now a days even a road side flower marchent accepts phonepe, google pay for Rs. 10.00 bcoz they want to upgrade to new system of cash less transactions.

                                    But Reliance says that de to change in accounting system they upgraded only to cash transactions.

                                    Our respectable PM modiji has. a vision to remove black money in the market hence he has told in his speach several times that use online payment systems, avoid cash transactions. And he has supported big industrialists and business mans like Ambani's for making his vision realistic. But Reliance is supporting in more unreliable way to modiji's vision.

                                      Dear sir, madam,

                                      Its observed recently that, reliance mart on uttarahalli main road Near AGS Layout, bangalore. has started dealing only in cash and they have posted a posted in entrance that "only cash" on enquiry its told that its company rule newly implemented for better accounting system.

                                      There are many complaints like products are sold more then the tagged price, packed food items are sold even after expiry dates, Rude and careless nature,
                                      Above all these now, suddenly started transacting only in cash which nowhere meets our PM modi's vision of making 100%online transactions and reducing cash transactions for better india .
                                      Even a roadside small merchants, flower sellers accept paytm, phonepe etc even for Rs.10.00 transactions. But such a big Ambani's empire deals only in cash is really ridiculous.

                                      Our PM modiji has great hopes that Ambani and Adani's will support to materialize his vision. plz dont disappoint.

                                      Only cash transactions means hiding taxation in simple words.
