Today evening around 20:30 hours I bought apple weighing 1.052 kg from Reliance Point at Beema Nagar, Heber Road, Trichy 620001. The actual rate for 1 kg apple was 139 buy the weighing agent erroneously punched 159 instead of 139. After paying the bill amount, I checked the bill and found this error. Immediately, I asked them to refund the extra amount collected rs 21 but the cashier and the manager refused to return the excess collected amount. I was told that since it is the mistake of the weighing staff, she should return the amount. I told them I have not paid the amount to the lady who weighed and sold. So I insisted on returning the excess amount from Reliance Point . But they didn't budge and said NO. Is this the way, Reliance Mart cheat the customer? I want an official apology from the concerned authority and the refund as well. If my grievance is not resolved in 72 hours, I will post the incident on social media. Further I will sue the company by moving the consumer forum.

Dear executive,
I ordered Almond 500 gram vide order number[protected]A dated 23rd of July 2022.
Packet was not opened immediately as I was out of station
After few days when I opened the packet it is found that the almonds are badly effected by fungus. I had also lodged a complaint at customer care through email they reply that as per our policy return window is closed after 2 days only.

It is a dry fruits product, nobody can consume such fungus effected product so Please instruct the company to return back or exchange the item immediately.

I placed an order for a ceiling fan on 31st July 2022 for my parents in Balasore-PIN-756001. I had paid an amount of RS 1005/-. The order was placed with order id[protected]A. I spent the amount through my UPI in Google Pay.

Moreover, after my complaint, the order is removed from my order section and I am unable to trace it.

Yesterday we went to Lakshmipuram Main Rd, Pandaripuram, Ashok Nagar, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522006 branch
There we went upstairs to select clothes night suits.the staff 2 girls immediately arrived and they didn't allow us to select.As they have to re arrange them again.due to their behavior we left the place immediately.they didn't allow us to see if the required size of dress is available.this behavior of staff is really embarrassing.

I receive frequent fraud emails from valid jiomart email id asking for payment for the order I have not placed. I ignore it a few times but now it is becoming a nuisance. The worst part is, the email ID from which the fraud emails come is a valid jiomart ID ([protected]@jiomart.com). Please stop sending such fraudulent emails.

I purchased on 15/08/22 from reliance Smart Rohtak Haryana of Rs.2537.23. An amount of Rs 539.23 made vide UPI. My account debited and show successful transaction in Bank. But credit not given by the Store. They giv me this attached slip and say visit after 2days and we will give you Credit Note.
Sir, in this transaction already a credit note of Rs. 1998/- is encashed and remaining balance paid through UPI. I visited 4 time to your store. They not say come after 5 days.
Everytime this happens with me.
Please lookinto the matter.

I had bill of Rs 616. The staff asked me the payment through paytm.I did the payment after that the another staff comes and says payment through Paytm is not accepted he said it would be refunded and asked me to pay through phonpay. I did the payment but I didn't receive the refund amount till now .The manager staff misguided my amount and bluffed me.
It's shame that Reliance is doing so .
I never expected such inconvenience from the brand.

I hope in double swipe of debit card in your store at Korum Hall thane you will not compel me to approach in consumer court and demand expenses and compensation for mental agony due to your indifferent attitude towards customers hard earned money

I have purchased grossary of Rs.2124.99 on[protected] at.11.47 am and paid 2124.99 due to your faulty machine it was not reflected in your machine but debited from my account . Your saleswoman again swiped card and I have paid Rs.2124.99 on[protected] at 12.06 pm .. I have presented smas copies and bank pass book copy showing double deduction .

Gollapudi relaince mart billing staff are not respond our doubts and also they are moving out side of billing section while billing in process and billing takes more time and also leave billing counters frequently and also payment issues are also there I faced more payment issues

I have taken McCain cheese shots nuggets by seeing the offer on product, but after going to Bill section there is no offer on that product, They are keeping Buy 2 get 1 offers but there is giving Other offer like 7 ₹ off on product. y the hell they are keeping the offers Boards on the products, y they are giving Other offers,
& on billing counter system will not work properly suddenly it get stucked. in each counter customer should stand for minimum 20 mins to get the bill, if possible train them or else change the staff.
Staff members are wasting the time of customers.
First change the incharge n staff management officer.

I have ordered sone item from reliance jio mart on 29th or 30th of july which was supposed to be deliver at my door .earlier i used to purchase directly from store of reliance but due to broken leg i am unable to visit anywhere.when delivery boy came to deliver the product, he was asking to receive it from somewhere, i explained him that i am unable to do that because my leg is fractured then he was saying "kisi ko bhej rha h recive krne ya main wapas jau saman le kr ". I said you can go i ll talk to help desk . when i talked to muskaan, she assured that product get delivered by the evening and appoly whatever happened, again in the evening the same delivery guys mayank raj called to recieve the item from somewhere else .this was the third time experience where i faced issue .when again i called to raise complain kuldeep disconnected the call in between .today again delivery boy called to recive item from anywhere and i cannot come to deliver it at door, company has given the instruction that ask cz to rcv it . when i was trying to downstair to rcv item i slept and got injury into my hand as well.. There were some item were missing also from my order some was unsealed some were rotten . i want full compensation for mentel torture as well as the injury i got in all these .

Me and my friend went for shopping at your Reliance Mart KHARADI PUNE MAHARASHTRA 411014 on 1st August 2022. While shopping, the purse containing the money is inadvertently forgotten.I came home after shopping. I realized too late that I forgot my wallet there. I wanted to go back for the wallet but at that time Reliance Smart was closed. Then I went with my friend for inquiry in the morning but I did not get my satisfaction. I was given throwaway answers by the staff there. Please help me.

Reliance smart Ayyappanagar in front o[censored]dupi Gokula is horrible in customer experience. Most of the executives here is involved in loose talk never respond to customer or help on their findings. I walked in yesterday and picked a product by my own search then went to the billing waited for 30 mins to buy a small product (Aashirwad vermicelli) then when my turn came I was told that product is not for sale and all payment methods are not accepted. I was frustrated to the core the same product is ample in stock in the store but it’s not for sale isn’t it a joke out of this store if I ask them to call the supervisor and have it addressed no one wants to drive towards solution. This was not my first experience in the same place it was several instances like this before. I strongly recommend a concerned team to walk in to this store like a customer and experience these issues personally before a good number of customer back off from this store and with its horrible experience given by the people within.

I brought pista from Reliance mart seafoods grandcentral the quality of it is really bad it has really bad taste.
