On a particular date there was a bank transaction jumped out and had to osh cash details are innthe screen shot snd Mr. Elavarasan the manager I had cmunicated several times but I feel there us heirarchy problem. Thr amount is 410.05 refund yo be fone by relisnce smart. Smart has most hanging system as if one frequently does nit work then the system shud throw the money back like in Amazon learn from them

    We bought 4 hide n seek biscuits amounting to Rs 360 along with other itmes on sunday 10th september 2022. It was billed in front of me and a girl was putting all the things in the cart. Meanwhile a chair we bought had no barcode for which i went again to pick another chair.we didnt check the list and went to home as we dont work in haldwani.we straight away went to out work place . ther when we checked our bill n compared the items we got to know about the missing item.we felt cheated we have been buying from this store since its opening and now we dont know whther we shoulcld continue after this incident.please look into this matter

      I bought a Pigeon glasstop on August 25th from Reliance Mart Nagercoil. I went to replace it as there was yellow flame and black soot all over. When I went there they informed me that I can only get product replacement within 7 days which is absurd because in the receipt it is mentioned as 14 days and no one informed me about their 7 day policy. They made me wait for more than 1 hour and the manager Suresh is hiding in the store while I am waiting for him. Now, they took the stove saying they will service it but I want a replacement. How can you not follow things on your own bill?

        They are offering free Garnier product inside Colgate Charcoal Clean which has been expired 3 months ago. What will happen for those people who did not check this. I am pretty sure all of the products are expired which offering as free.

          When I went into the store to get some things. In the Billing counter I asked for a bag which is used to carry the products purchased on the store they charged me RS 32.5 for cotton bag which had their brand name & logo printed on it.
          Are we the persons used to advertise the brand logo and name buy buying the cotton bag for RS 32.5
          This is unfair trade practice. The store should sell the bags for free or the bag should not contain the brand logo & name.

            I ordered phone by giving payment online
            But i didn't get the particular phone which was mentioned in bill
            I contacted to reliance but after 3 months of continuous harassment they told, they would not give any resolution

              The Reliance Mart located in Chittoor is charging its customer 7 rupees for carry bags but carry bags are part of the product we buy and it should not not be billed there is many president from many parts of India saying this is illegal but still they are charging money for carry bags it should stop kindly take action.

                Hi,

                I purchased 34 grocery items on 15th August 2022. After too much delay, it got automatically cancelled and received a message for refund of amount 5254/-.

                They have 7 days refund policy which ends on 30th September but still I didn't get my refund. Done so many followups and complaints they said ARN number generated, confirm with the bank. I did the same but bank said they are telling lie no amount credited.

                They are making customer fool by worthless policy.

                  Product purchased from reliance ratail wakad TGL3, Mosquito bat, is faulty, contact number given on product are incorrect, reliance is not providing replacement or not returning amount of faulty product, and just saying contact to company, How to contact if incorrect contact number given by companies

                  This is cheating by both product company Jeep industries pvt ltd and reliance retail with me, I need help to get product replacement

                      Today evening around 20:30 hours I bought apple weighing 1.052 kg from Reliance Point at Beema Nagar, Heber Road, Trichy 620001. The actual rate for 1 kg apple was 139 buy the weighing agent erroneously punched 159 instead of 139. After paying the bill amount, I checked the bill and found this error. Immediately, I asked them to refund the extra amount collected rs 21 but the cashier and the manager refused to return the excess collected amount. I was told that since it is the mistake of the weighing staff, she should return the amount. I told them I have not paid the amount to the lady who weighed and sold. So I insisted on returning the excess amount from Reliance Point . But they didn't budge and said NO. Is this the way, Reliance Mart cheat the customer? I want an official apology from the concerned authority and the refund as well. If my grievance is not resolved in 72 hours, I will post the incident on social media. Further I will sue the company by moving the consumer forum.

                        Dear executive,
                        I ordered Almond 500 gram vide order number[protected]A dated 23rd of July 2022.
                        Packet was not opened immediately as I was out of station
                        After few days when I opened the packet it is found that the almonds are badly effected by fungus. I had also lodged a complaint at customer care through email they reply that as per our policy return window is closed after 2 days only.

                        It is a dry fruits product, nobody can consume such fungus effected product so Please instruct the company to return back or exchange the item immediately.

                          I placed an order for a ceiling fan on 31st July 2022 for my parents in Balasore-PIN-756001. I had paid an amount of RS 1005/-. The order was placed with order id[protected]A. I spent the amount through my UPI in Google Pay.

                          Moreover, after my complaint, the order is removed from my order section and I am unable to trace it.

                            There we went upstairs to select clothes night suits.the staff 2 girls immediately arrived and they didn't allow us to select.As they have to re arrange them again.due to their behavior we left the place immediately.they didn't allow us to see if the required size of dress is available.this behavior of staff is really embarrassing.

                              I receive frequent fraud emails from valid jiomart email id asking for payment for the order I have not placed. I ignore it a few times but now it is becoming a nuisance. The worst part is, the email ID from which the fraud emails come is a valid jiomart ID ([protected]@jiomart.com). Please stop sending such fraudulent emails.

                                I purchased on 15/08/22 from reliance Smart Rohtak Haryana of Rs.2537.23. An amount of Rs 539.23 made vide UPI. My account debited and show successful transaction in Bank. But credit not given by the Store. They giv me this attached slip and say visit after 2days and we will give you Credit Note.
                                Sir, in this transaction already a credit note of Rs. 1998/- is encashed and remaining balance paid through UPI. I visited 4 time to your store. They not say come after 5 days.
                                Everytime this happens with me.
                                Please lookinto the matter.

                                  I had bill of Rs 616. The staff asked me the payment through paytm.I did the payment after that the another staff comes and says payment through Paytm is not accepted he said it would be refunded and asked me to pay through phonpay. I did the payment but I didn't receive the refund amount till now .The manager staff misguided my amount and bluffed me.
                                  It's shame that Reliance is doing so .
                                  I never expected such inconvenience from the brand.

                                        I have taken McCain cheese shots nuggets by seeing the offer on product, but after going to Bill section there is no offer on that product, They are keeping Buy 2 get 1 offers but there is giving Other offer like 7 ₹ off on product. y the hell they are keeping the offers Boards on the products, y they are giving Other offers,
                                        & on billing counter system will not work properly suddenly it get stucked. in each counter customer should stand for minimum 20 mins to get the bill, if possible train them or else change the staff.
                                        Staff members are wasting the time of customers.
                                        First change the incharge n staff management officer.
                                        This is my request
