Sales man assured that the rice shall be replaced if we are not satisfied "anytime" reliance market ariyamangalam trichy outlet. Store manager now denys stating that salesman was wrong & the return rice might be plastic rice. Need resolution. The sales manager is hostile and mocks the customer during the grievance addressal. This complaint is regarding Reliance Mart Kharadi Pune. The worker are less in number and due to which there are long queues. This is not for first time, these type of issues are always present.
