Reliance Mart — Non installation of A.C. after 5 days of purchase

Sir,

I have purchased an A.C. from Reliance Store, Porvorim Goa on 16th October, 2021. However, the same is not installed till date.

My existing A.C. is not working and because of that I could not sleep for last 6 days. I called Reliance Store, Porvorim for 20 to 25 times. But nothing is done.

You are requested to look into the matter and direct the concern person to attend my problem on priority.
