Reliance Mart — order cancelled by reliance and stating cancelled by customer. money deducted

This is to bring to your notice that i have received messages from your team that my orders[protected]m and[protected]m have been cancelled due to my request. I want to put on record that i have not requested any cancellations and this is a wrongdoing done by your team. My payment will be utilized by you till the refund and i stand at a loss. I want a full explanation and want to file an official complaint. We have been waiting for this order and now u cancelled it. This is harrassment of highest order at this coronoa crisis situation. I want my order to be processed by today and the delivery for the same otherwise i will post on all social media what reliance smart is doing by fooling the customers
