[Resolved] Reliance Mart — Refund amount not yet refunded
I mr anil jagtap writing this complaint about reliance smart
I had ordered some goods from reliance smart on 18 may 2020. On 19 may 2020 i got an sms from reliance smart about that our goods have processed and will deliver shortly. Your bill amount is rs. 6947 a partial refund on rs. 4884.49 will be initiated in couple of days. After few days i received the half goods without any return. I had mailed the company so many times but no reply even i had called their customer care but their helpline was said to be busy. Later i visited the nearby reliance smart store they gave me their supervisor number staff number. The supervisor there received my call and said ok in 14 days will resolve your problem and revert you back. After that i dint received his single call, i tried to call him so many times but he never received my call till today's date. I waited for 14 days but not a single call or not even my refund. I blame the reliance company being so careless in this pandemic and not being authentic with the customer. And just because of this i had to write its complaint here. There are so many complaints regarding this company about refund and dear consumer forum please do it as early as possible as you know in this pandemic many have lost their jobs and this company is trying to do fraud. Please i want the action to be taken as early as possible with my refund.
Consumer forum if you want i can provide the supervisor number but i won't display here due to privacy issues.
