Reliance Mart — Twice deduction of charges

I have purchased items from your store at Surat, Gujarat worth Rupees 2840.61, but my card was swapped twice and result was double deduction of amount from my account. I have logged a call at Surat Centre with Call log no.SD.5057803. Please solve the issue on urgent basis. As a customer do I have to follow every day.
