Reliance Mart — worst behaviour by the token issuing person by reliance smart chunabhatti

In this covid19 situtation we are standing in the lines for almost 45 mins for only collecting the token. The person who is issuing the token knows how many tokens are there and how many customers are standing in the line. Even after that he will wait up to 7:45am and acting like doing some other work clicking photos of the lines for promoting and so on.. After 7:45 am he start issuing tokens he issues only 100 tokens (That not sufficient for the 25% customers who are standing in the lines) and what about the reminng customers they have to wait in the line for morethan 45 minutes? He doesn't know whether the tokens are sufficient or not? He has to start issuing the token if the customer in the line reaches 100 and atleast ask the customers to leave and after that the customer who is know by him will be allowed in the store without the token. This is the worst sort of behaviour ny one of the store manager in reliance smart chunnabatti. Please take some necessary action against this.
