Reliance — misguiding customers by giving false information repeatedly

I am from kolkata but i was working in chennai and i needed a dongle on immediate basis, i wanted to take prepaid but the reliance people forced me to take postpaid by telling that it would be activated within a day, however it took 5days to activate, i took a plan of 5gb for 650 but everytime bil used to be 730 and above, they will tell that my usage has exceeded limits thogh records will tell that my usage never exceded 3.5gb, i am in bangalore right now and i want to get the dongle converted to prepaid but reliance is telling that i can only do so from chennai but when i bought the dongle they told me that i can get it converted if i wish to from anywhere in india. So this is how they are misguiding, misleading and cheating innocent people.I urge you to sincerley take action as plenty of people ar being unnecessarily victimised..Hoping for a positive response from the consumers forum Thanks
