Reliance — Mobile Activation failed twice in a month

Hi Team, I am reliance customer for more than 3 years. One month before, My Prepaid SIM got rejected and have changed to post paid for the same number. Frequently I got a pop-up stating 'Allow SIM Activation?'. I gave response as 'Yes' 4-5 times. Today I got the same pop-up. Accidentally I have clicked on 'No' button. Now No network range is available on my mobile and it shows 'No service'. To report this and get help from Reliance I have called Customer care, but no response. I have waited for more than half an hour and still I was not connected to any people. I am really frustrated because of this. Please help me on the same. Regards, Shanthi S
