Reliance Mobile — balance deduction

I had 52 rupee in my account but suddenly reliance deducted my 42Rs on 14

September 2017. I checked my balance and i saw that only 10.40 rupees left

in my account. My balance deducted without any reason. I called customer

care many times but my call does not reach to care. My mobile number is [protected]. Now I want my money back. Please help
