Reliance Mobile — Data Charges wrongly charged

I have been an subscriber of Reliance CDMA mobile services for almost last 8 years. he subscriber ID is [protected]. In the last month i was billed for an amount of Rs. 4000 and above, which is way higher than my normal usage. When inquired with the cust care i was told the bill is higher due to higher data usage. My data application on this phone is only whatsapp. When asked abt the details of the usage, i was only provided with the usage done on day to day basis. However the websites or applications or the IP address where this usage had happened was never provided. When asked about that they said "we are not allowed to provide it to any customer". Now i fail to understand how can a customer check the usage details without knowing the names of the website or applications or IP address of the site where this usage was done. To continue my services i had no option but to make the payment. Request you support in getting the issue resolved. Looking forward to your support. Thanks & Regards Hiren N. Gada.
