I Shri. Jeba jose applied online personal loan for Rs. 3, 00, 000/- as per instruction of the Reliance finance Agents bearing Mobile and whatsapp No. [[protected]] & [[protected]] both are Kolkata Reliance Finance Office. According their instruction I paid Rs. 3, 500/- as processing fee and I also Paid of Rs. 13, 990/- as gst. there after they sought again Rs. 16, 999/- for NOC fee and i also paid Rs. 19, 999/- as a insurance then i paid Rs. 25, 999/- for a TDS amount. Then i pay Rs.49, 999/- then they ask Rs.99.901/-but I am unable to pay such large amount. Then i canceled the loan they ask me Rs.5, 500/-They fraud to me. Hence, this complaint.

I paid processing fees 3800 but they are saying my loan is stopped by rbi and to pay rs 13000 I needed the loan amount for my mothers medical bills

They have cheated me out of money by claiming to give me credit 4159 total amount

I have applied for personal loan and got the approval and informed me to pay processing fees of Rs. 2629 /- . As per their request I paid through UPI payment.

Subsequently I received the message and said that ur loan amount will be transfered to ur account within 40min. But amount was not credited and they said your account having GST dues hence loan amount kept hold by Government. While I enquiry with bank side, they said there is no such dues pending with my account. It seems that ur Fradulent activity and i will ready to lodge a complaint against i[censored] r not paying back of processing fees and u may have to legal consequences pl

Dear sir,
I have submitted my Aadhar, pan, bank statement, photo rent agreement, salary slips, office id to them and the issued a approval letter but now and ask for processing fees of4500/.But i don't want to take loan from them now. So i request them to close my application and now they are giving me ultimatum to deduct three emi from account without my permission using my documents.

I Shri. Islam Hoque Choudhury applied online personal loan for Rs. 1, 50, 000/- as per instruction of the Reliance finance Agents bearing Mobile and whatsapp No. [protected] & [protected] both are Kolkata Reliance Finance Office. According their instruction I paid Rs. 2, 369/- as processing fee and I also Paid of Rs. 11, 140/- as transaction fee. there after they sought again Rs. 9, 999/- for NOC fee but I am unable to pay such large amount...

This is my car loan account RLUCCHE[protected] account number.

Reliance Money i have taken a car loan and paying money regularly even it's bounce . And multiple time am sending and asking customer care is my account is updated. they are not responding correctly. this number[protected] is not working. they are taking my call and disconnecting every time. i have paid all emi amounts without fail even its bounced sent to their account number and getting acknowledgement through email.
but they are sending . And when i tried lots of time, a customer support taking the call and said you have only one month EMI amount is pending.

And the EMI date is DEC 2018. i really confused. am paying everymonth.
even it's bounced. So if i paying amount it's automatically close that date 2018 Dec. i really ownder in this place. becuased i have paid till 22/06/2021. But they are sending the notice to me. i really don't know what they are doing? ? ? what ever i will close my account before the date of last emi. kindly see the attachment please.

took loan 392008 rs and till now paid more than 430000 as per 22/6/2021.

i need clear explanation. i can't pay you fully in the COVID time as per your notice. Then i will raise case on RBI Ombudsman.

I have submitted my redumption application through icici bank, m.G.Road, trivandrum for reduption of4780 units of above mutual fund on 05/05/2021 .But so far no in timation has been received from reliance money so far even after repeated request also. Therefor you are requested to verify the details & expedite my redemption of mutual fund units.I am holding this units as per the list of cdsl no.Inf457m01133 nipponindiamutual fund cpse etf (rgess).Necessary steps may pl be taken for redumption of my units amount credited to my account at an early date pl

I was having a personal loan with reliance finance with the loan I'D RLPLTNE[protected] the emi's of which I have paid in full. Reliance money has marked an amount of Rs. 4687 as pending in my Cibil creating issues with other bank transactions. Repeated mails to customer care are not getting desired results with only generic reply coming.

I Mrs Komal Atul Mahamuni. I have applied for personal loan in reliance Finance Limited, they approve my loan and ask me to pay fees I paid all the fees for the following :

1. Processing fees - Rs 3500
2. Insurance - Rs 10000
3. GST charge - Rs 15600
4. Agreement Charge - Rs. 25600

After that they ask me to pay other NOC charge of Rs 49600 which I am unable...

For sanction of this Loan I have already paid Rs. 1, 22, 289.00 as Loan processing Fees Rs. 5, 500.00 RBI verification fees Rs. 9, 999.00 Agreement Fees Rs. 14, 500.00 Insurance Fees Rs. 24, 500.00 CM Tax Fees Rs. 19, 600.00 RBI verification Fees Rs. 32, 652.00 GST Fees Rs. 15, 538.00 in your company bank account. (Total Amount of Rs. 1, 22, 289.00)

After that, one of your executive named Mr. Koushal Agrawal send me a mail for paying of Rs. 15, 538.00 as GST Fees again to avail the disbursement of loan amount of Rs. 1, 50, 000.00 at my bank account.

But, I don't have any money to pay further. That's why I send a mail for cancelling the loan to Mr. Agrawal. He assured me over phone that you will get the cancellation mail shortly which I have not received yet at my mail. He told me that you will get back your refund of Rs. 1, 22, 289.00 with in 15 days from 18/10/2020.

Now I am in helpless condition. You are requested to cancel the loan and make my refund back of Rs. 1, 22, 289.00 at my bank account.

Otherwise there is no way for me to stay alive.

Reg: i have been cheated by reliance finance limited for a sum of inr 5.50 lack

My name is manoj kumar p, residence of coimbatore.

I have applied for a long with reliance finance and made the following fees

Date of applying loan 1st may 2020

A) initial messages received from whatsapp number [protected] any fee of d the following fee paid

Processing fee 5500/- (Imps ref #[protected] dt: 01/05/2020)

Loan approval letter received (Attached 1)

After paying this i received message saying that i have to pay loan security fee of 25999/-

I paid 25999 /- to the following account (Imps ref #[protected] dt : 01/05/2020)

Then i received loan agreement copy (Attached 2)

Again i received message to transfer agreement fee which is refundable and along with loan amount i will receive the same, believing i transferred 38500/- as loan agreement fee refundable (Imps ref #[protected] dt : 03/05/2020)

After that i received a message saying that i have to pay insurance fee of 33500/-, againn i believed and paid

Again i received a message saying that i have to pay legal charge of 33500/- which is also refundable, believed and transferred (Imps ref #[protected] dt: 04/05/2020)

After all this i received a message that my loan will be transferred in 10-15 min.

No response after that.

B) i have taken a web search and launched complaint on the web customer complaint, after that mr. Sandeep contacted me mobile - [protected]

Said that he will clear all issues and asked me to transfer the commission amount for 5 lack loan (10% commission) on transfer he said he will clear with in 2 hrs.

Also he shared me the following a/c detail to transfer

After few hours i received a call from him that my loan and refund was 5.65 lack, so i have to pay 56500/-, i can not make 6500/- and he promised that all the money will get refund immediately in few hours

I trusted and transferred 56500/- (Imps ref #[protected] dt: 18/05/2020)

After that i received call from him saying that i have to pay 40000/- as server fee finally, based on that he will arrange to transfer.

I stopped contacting him.

C) i launched complaint again, finally mr. Ajay choudary mobile - [protected], contacted me and said i have to pay only stam duty charges of 12500/- to release my loan and all the above refund except process fee / insurance fee

He shared me the below account details

I transferred 12500/- (Imps ref # [protected] for 10, 000/- and[protected] for 2500/- dt : 01/06/2020)

After that one mr. Punith chauhan mobile - [protected], came in to picture and asked me to transfer loan commission amount to company 40000/- and he promised me on receipt of payment he will transfer all the money including this com amount. Also he said he is the account incharge and mr. Ajay choudray had given my file to transfer money.

I transferred 40000/- and awaited for loan and refund (Imps ref #[protected] dt: 01/06/2020)

Then i received a dd copy image from him (Attachment 3) for 5 lack in my name and a refund cheque image for 375000/-, along with a deposit slip in my kotak account (Attachment 3) saying that it has been deposited in bank for clearing

Next day i received a call from ms. Divvya aggerwal mob - [protected], saying that she is from kotak bank and i have to pay banking charge which is refundable 40000/- to client (Reliance a/c), i trusted and transferred 40000/-
(Imps ref #[protected] dt: 01/06/2020)

Then i received a form from mr. Ajay choudary - rbi form (Attached 4) mentioning that myy money of 875000/- is been released by rbi and for that i have to pay 5% state tax (That is 40000/-) also mr. Punith too confirmed me that on making the payment he will remit 875000/- with in 3 hrs.

I trusted and transferred 40000/-

Then i received a email with an attachment of rbi transfer form (Attachment 5), mr. Ajay coudary informed me to fill and send. I have done.

Again i received a message sms saying that i have to transfer 34650/- for the above rbi form fee which is refundable.

I transferred 34650/-

Then i received a bank transfer form / challan with bank stamp for the transfer of 911000/- to my account (Attachment 6)

Next day i have not received any money in a/c, checked with kotak bank they said its a fake challan.

I contacted ajay choudary, he again sent me a image of cheque for 2.50 lack (Attachment 7), said i have to make e filing in income tax for which i have to pay 32500/-, again i believed and transferred 32500/- (Imps ref #[protected] dt: 3/06/2020)

From next day, his mob was switch off and next to next day he contacted me and said he lost his mobile and taken a new number [protected] and asked me to contact this number for any clarification.

Then he shared me a ministry of finance form - no fee but have to fill and send him, which i did.

After few hours he asked me to transfer 17650/- last and final fee for that. I have again trusted and transferred 17650/- (Imps ref #[protected] dt: 12/06/2020)

Then mr. Ajay had internet issue for 2 days!

Again next day he contacted me and informed to share my axis bank a/c details, because on my kotak a/c the transfer is not happening.

I shared my axis bank a/c, with in 5 min he transferred me 500/-, i received in my a/c, he promised me with in2 hrs i will get 1175000/-

Again with in2 min he sent me a message saying that i have to pay server online fee of 57500/-, this is final and no more fee will be asked, this too refundable.

I tried arranging money for 6 days after that i have arranged from outside and transferred 57500/- (Imps ref #[protected] dt : 23/06/2020

After all this mr. Ajay choudary / mr. Punith / ms. Diyaa - mobile id swith off from 29/06/2020

All fake drama and cheated my money - i lost 557500/- because of this drama played by this cheaters.

Kindly help me to recover my money, because of this i am in a very big family problem / lost respect in society / reputation with friends by borrowing money

I am requesting you to kindly do the needful.

I applied for a personal loan on 4th august of rs. 150000/- thereafter the company approved the loan and i was asked to deposit processing fees of rs. 5500/- the said amount i deposited to the company's account through the net banking after that they are again asked me to deposit transaction fees of rs. 9999/- but i refused it and told them i am not interested for such loan and refund my processing fees. But till date they are not refund the amount.

I dont have any pending dues or never applied for moratorium also. Please reverse my dubligate debit ASAP. I have contacted cm care also not getting response from anyone.
