I applied for a loan in reliance finance limited, for which they had deposited 28000 thousand rupees from me, after that they did not even give loan and my money is not giving back to me also my job has also been missed, due to which a lot of trouble i'm stuck urging you to get my money back

I have applied for personal loan from Reliance finance limited. And paid processing fees sum of Rs. 3000 which was asked to paid sum of Rs. 5500, I have sent an email of canceling loan and asked for refund. But I didn't get my money refund from reliance finance limited. Please kindly help me to get back my money. Thank you.

I applied a personal loan of rs 150000 from reliance finance limited by trusting brand name. A total of 34500 paid by me (5500 processing fee+ 9900 security deposit+ 14500 loan agreement fee+ 4500 insurance). Now to my surprise the guy with whom i had conversation in whatsapp is not responding ravindra verma ril +91 [protected]

firstly he told me pay agreement charges 15000 and after that he ask for pf and after that he asked for security fees total amount is 30000 but after he saying to pay insurance amount 4500 that time.

Paid on july 4, 2020. Agent number:[protected], customercare number[protected], i applied for 150000 loan they told to pay 5500 as processing fee and then 1000 as rbi charge. Then no one is responding now till date tried all sources.

I need my some of 5500 plus penalty of 1000 from reliance

They are cheating and no one is responding

I have applied for loan for amount of 2l they have charged for processing fee and security deposit. We have transferred amount to their sbi account. But now when i want to withdraw the application they are not sending my money back.

While i was visiting the bank bazaar website, on this day, i got a call from reliance finance ltd (Muskan shaikh and suraj lohar) and they said we will give you a loan. You only have to pay 2550/- rupees for file login.

I gave them the rs. 2550/- and after a while they sent me a loan approval letter stating that, you have to pay rs 14090/- before loan transfer. And he said that all this amount will be returned to you in three months. So i paid them money much.
And after a while he said that due to some update in the system you have to pay two installments in advance rs 9332/-.
And i asked them something and they just threatened to cancel the file.
But i paid the total rs. 25972/- because i needed the money for education and i got it back in three months.
So i gave them that amount.
When i call them after all this happens, they just give me a vague answer also can't picked the phone.
And then i realized i had been cheated.
(But i have a all transition proofs.) please see the attachments.

My name is manoj kumar p, residence of coimbatore.

I have applied for a long with reliance finance and made the following fees

Date of applying loan 1st may 2020

A) initial messages received from whatsapp number [protected] any fee of d the following fee paid

Processing fee 5500/-

Loan approval letter received (Attached 1)

After paying this i received message saying that i have to pay loan security fee of 25999/-

I paid 25999 /- to the following account

State bank of india, mumbai.

Then i received loan agreement copy (Attached 2)

Again i received message to transfer agreement fee which is refundable and along with loan amount i will receive the same, believing i transferred 38500/- as loan agreement fee refundable

After that i received a message saying that i have to pay insurance fee of 33500/-, againn i believed and paid

Again i received a message saying that i have to pay legal charge of 33500/- which is also refundable, believed and transferred

After all this i received a message that my loan will be transferred in 10-15 min.

No response after that.

B) i have taken a web search and launched complaint on the web customer complaint, after that mr. Sandeep contacted me mobile - [protected]

Said that he will clear all issues and asked me to transfer the commission amount for 5 lack loan (10% commission) on transfer he said he will clear with in 2 hrs.

Also he shared me the following a/c detail to transfer

I believed and transferred 50000/-

After few hours i received a call from him that my loan and refund was 5.65 lack, so i have to pay 56500/-, i can not make 6500/- and he promised that all the money will get refund immediately in few hours

I trusted and transferred 56500/-

After that i received call from him saying that i have to pay 40000/- as server fee finally, based on that he will arrage to transfer.

I stopped contacting him.

C) i launched complaint again, finally mr. Ajay choudary mobile - [protected], contacted me and said i have to pay only stam duty charges of 12500/- to release my loan and all the above refund except process fee / insurance fee

He shared me the below account details

I transferred 12500/-

After that one mr. Punith chauhan mobile - [protected], came in to picture and asked me to transfer loan commission amount to company 40000/- and he promised me on receipt of payment he will transfer all the money including this com amount. Also he said he is the account incharge and mr. Ajay choudray had given my file to transfer money.

I transferred 40000/- and awaited for loan and refund

Then i received a dd copy image from him (Attachment 3) for 5 lack in my name and a refund cheque image for 375000/-, along with a deposit slip in my kotak account (Attachment 3) saying that it has been deposited in bank for clearing

Next day i received a call from ms. Divvya aggerwal mob - [protected], saying that she is from kotak bank and i have to pay banking charge which is refundable 40000/- to client (Reliance a/c), i trusted and transferred 40000/-

Then i received a form from mr. Ajay choudary - rbi form (Attached 4) mentioning that myy money of 875000/- is been released by rbi and for that i have to pay 5% state tax (That is 40000/-) also mr. Punith too confirmed me that on making the payment he will remit 875000/- with in 3 hrs.

I trusted and transferred 40000/-

Then i received a email with an attachment of rbi transfer form (Attachment 5), mr. Ajay coudary informed me to fill and send. I have done.

Again i received a message sms saying that i have to transfer 34650/- for the above rbi form fee which is refundable.

I transferred 34650/-

Then i received a bank transfer form / challan with bank stamp for the transfer of 911000/- to my account (Attachment 6)

Next day i have not received any money in a/c, checked with kotak bank they said its a fake challan.

I contacted ajay choudary, he again sent me a image of cheque for 2.50 lack (Attachment 7), said i have to make e filing in income tax for which i have to pay 32500/-, again i believed and transferred 32500/-

From next day, his mob was switch off and next to next day he contacted me and said he lost his mobile and taken a new number [protected] and asked me to contact this number for any clarification.

Then he shared me a ministry of finance form - no fee but have to fill and send him, which i did.

After few hours he asked me to transfer 17650/- last and final fee for that. I have again trusted and transferred 17650/-

Then mr. Ajay had internet issue for 2 days!

Again next day he contacted me and informed to share my axis bank a/c details, because on my kotak a/c the transfer is not happening.

I shared my axis bank a/c, with in 5 min he transferred me 500/-, i received in my a/c, he promised me with in2 hrs i will get 1175000/-

Again with in2 min he sent me a message saying that i have to pay server online fee of 57500/-, this is final and no more fee will be asked, this too refundable.

I tried arranging money for 6 days after that i have arranged from outside and transferred 57500/-

After all this mr. Ajay choudary informed me that he will arrange to refund my money in instalment basis, and first payment 20000/- will be sent today (29th june 2020) - no payment received

All fake drama - i lost 557500/- because of this drama played by you all cheaters.

I am sending all my record of bank transfer details, images, cheque, dd fake images, rbi, finance minstery, e filling forms to all concern department with a cc to pm / president cell, along with my suisaid note on 1st july 2020.

If i receive my money on or before 30th june 2020, i can live or i will have to die because of you fraud

Can you save my life or not, all people whom i borrowed cash for you are in front of my house.

Help me and allow me to live.

I will attach this email to crime branch police / pm / president cell / rbi / ministry of finance / it - tomorrow evening before i die.

Please be aware, it's a fraud reliance finance limited for providing loans.. Everything is unprofessional and they try to fool you in disbursing the amount after... Payments, which you should never do.
Why is this type of fraud company still in existence with lots of complain. Cyber cell india. All corrupted.

I have applied a personal loan of 150000 they asked me to pay 5, 500 to processing fees, then they asked for 15600 rs for insurance I paid, then they asked late fine fess 5000 I paid, now he's asking RBI LOAN NOC FESS CHANGES 25500RS, forcing me every time I paid 13500 but haven't no approved my loan. I had applied a loan in reliance company and they informed us to pay processing fee which I did and after that they told some RBI guidelines issue need to pay 14500 and again GST 19500. I paid all the things and again they are asking amount with me and they are not ready to refund my money even. And they have shared there pan card and I'd also with me through what's app and they have cheated me. Please check and help me in getting my money back because I had kept it for medical emergency. And I'm in badly need money

[protected] from pune city paid processing fee rs.5500/- and after that they ask me to deposit rbi security deposit rs. 25999/- also i paid in current ac [protected] ifsc sbin000300 main branch mumbai 400001 rs. 500000/- and then i whatsapp message that i can't pay that fee and tell them cancel my loan application and refund my money and the message me that they will cancel and i will get the refund in 2 or 3 days till they not reply to message and i attach paid receipt below and they respond to my email and what's app messages, please help me for get back amount

Today i got a message on my whatsapp number [protected] saying u r loan amount of 200000 rs is approved and they insisted me to pay rs 5500 in advance and upfront to with draw my loan to my bank account

They have also sent an pdf file of loan approval on whatsapp

It is highly doubtful that the customer has to pay the loan processing in advance

I had already been duped by one nbgc digital cash finance for
Rs 4500 as i had payed them in advance as a loan processing fee i dont have that document also now thier number is

Kindly investigate the matter as the review of rilfinance is not good in all websites they have duped many customers like this

Dont know whether rilfinance has any connection with reliance industries ltd
