Hi team,

I had applied a loan in reliance company and they informed us to pay processing fee which I did and after that they told some RBI guidelines issue need to pay 14500 and again GST 19500. I paid all the things and again they are asking amount with me and they are not ready to refund my money even. And they have shared there pan card and I'd also with me through what's app and they have cheated me. Please check and help me in getting my money back because I had kept it for medical emergency. And I'm in badly need money

They said me to pay amount of 5500 as processing fees
But still they havent creidted my amount

I applied personal loan to reliance finance limited through website reliance finance group.com and www.rilfinance com and my pan aadhar other documents through whatsapp no. [protected] and imps through my sb a/c no. [protected] from pune city paid processing fee rs.5500/- and after that they ask me to deposit rbi security deposit rs. 25999/- also i paid in current ac [protected] ifsc sbin000300 main branch mumbai 400001 rs. 500000/- and then i whatsapp message that i can't pay that fee and tell them cancel my loan application and refund my money and the message me that they will cancel and i will get the refund in 2 or 3 days till they not reply to message and i attach paid receipt below and they respond to my email and what's app messages, please help me for get back amount

I sent all documents to them on whatsapp number

One year bank statments

Today i got a message on my whatsapp number [protected] saying u r loan amount of 200000 rs is approved and they insisted me to pay rs 5500 in advance and upfront to with draw my loan to my bank account

They have also sent an pdf file of loan approval on whatsapp

It is highly doubtful that the customer has to pay the loan processing in advance

I had already been duped by one nbgc digital cash finance for
Rs 4500 as i had payed them in advance as a loan processing fee i dont have that document also now thier number is

Kindly investigate the matter as the review of rilfinance is not good in all websites they have duped many customers like this

Dont know whether rilfinance has any connection with reliance industries ltd

Hello, i transferred money on 12th june from my bank account which is linked with my demat account to reliance money. It's been 5 days and money hasn't arrived at all. I have send statements and transaction id to customer support and no one bloody reply what's the status is. I am worried where my money has gone. It's not a small amount. I have sent over 10 emails, all i get is automated reply back that my case has been logged and someone will reply.

They have such a poor customer services. It was a mistake to open account with them. Once this sorted, i will definitely close account with them.
If you get my complain, can you please have a shame and sort this asap

I had applied for a loan of Rs 750000 for which they sent me an approval letter after which they said they I will have to pay 5500 which I paid to their SBI account [protected] IFSC SBIN0000300 and they said they will disburse the loan in 30 minutes I waited then I again whatsapp them they said the txn is on hold and I have to pay security charges of 25999 which I denied . They operate through whatsapp [protected]. Please help me to get back my 5500 rs. Thanks

Same as all people mentioned below, i am searching for loan and i redirected to reliance finance group site which is same replica of reliance finance,
I filled form and send to them then i got watsup message from [protected] that they need some document and i uploaded over their and after 30 mins they revert back to me as approved with same pdf doc of approval, but i have doubt
This cant possible so i didn't send him money.
But this is actually happening in india and this is ridiculous and i got same call from aditya birla capital [protected] as well this guys are spamming this sites and generate lead for them.
My request to indian government please try to reduce this try to arrest them, in the world of so many technologies even you people cant do this then it is very big problem with good people

Totally fraud company, mujhe loan dene ka jhasa dekar mujhse 112000 jama kara liye aur ab aur paise maang rahe the to maine mana kiya to bole 45 din me vapas karenge aur 15 din baad bol diya nhi karenge aur paise jama karo. Jail me daalo saalo ko gareeb aadmi ko loan ka jhasa dekar loot rahe hain choor. Aur gareebo ka paisa vapas dilao. Mujhe mere paise vapas karo 112000. Offer letter ki photo attach ki hai jo dekar inhone paise maangne shuru kiye the address website me bandra west hai aur offer letter me bandra east.

Ek no ki fraud company hai pehle 5500 mange bola insurance karaya jayega uska amount hai aur phr offer letter bhej diya uske baad ek ek karke 112000 jama kara liye aur loan nhi kiya phr 4900/ someting ka amount manga agreement charge ke naam par jab maine nhi diya aur bola ke refund kar do to bole 45 din me karenge ab jab 15 din baad maine phr bola to bole 12500 refund charge lagega wo jama kar do to vapas aa jayega maine bola ab kuch nhi dungi paise vapas karo to seedha bol diya nhi hoga... Matlab ek no ke choor company hai bevkoof bana ke paise lootte hai reliance ke naam pe plzzz mere paise vapas karo mai offer letter ki image artach kar rahi hu uai me inka address mention hai aur us letter me jo account no hai usi account me sara paisa mangate hain. I had applied for a mail for which I got confirmation that amount is approved, Post which they made me pay 39000rs and asking to pay 5000 more to get my money back . Please help with same .[protected] who called me .

Maine personal loan ke liye apply kiya tha approved ho jane baad processing feee 5500 paid kiya but loan amount mai nahi aaya aur fir se security money demand kiya 29999 but maine nahi diya mera loan cancellation ke liye bola toh call ya sms ka reply nahi kr raha hai

I apply loan with rfl 1 week back, and get load approval notification on whatsapp. Rfl agent were demanding 5500/- rupees for loan processing fees & registration charge with the condition of 10min. Loan amount transferred. With this condition i have doubt and than i were asked a company id & adhaar card of the agent but they didn't provide me such document for identification. Than i understand they are fraud company.

I want lodge a complaint against this company as they cheated innocent public

This is abhisek goswami, i applied loan 250000/- discussed with c. Ram krishan (Employee id[protected], after the all said payment like - process fee - 5500/-, transaction free -9999/-, agreement fee - 14500/- and insurance fee - 4500/- as per the discussion & online application status. Now you are told me that i have to pay 25000/- tds, but its not possible to pay. This company is total fraud

Now c. Rama krishan (Phone no -[protected]) has block my no.

Please help me out.

I had applied for personal loan online through reliance finance limited. And they asked me to pay processing fee charge, security fee of 9999 and agreement charge of 14500. Total they told me to transfer 30000 to disburse 1, 50, 000 that i had applied. Now they are not replying for my message or replying my mail. Kindly please help me to get back my amount.
