Reliance Money — loan closed but still showing in my cibil | |||
I have taken an auto loan on my used car purchase in the year 2017 from Reliance Money Finance, Loan amount was 3, 30, 000/- . We have paid entire forecloser amount as provided by bank with all the relevant charges. Payment made via cheque & we get NOC for the same. Now i am facing problem that this loan is closed but still showing in my account & CIBIL report. This is affecting my entire banking. We have faced so many rejection due to this. Who will bear my loses due to this???? Although i have submit a physical copy of my application regarding this but no action taken yet, i have sent so many emails but no revert from their side, nor a single call received, They are not believe in customer satisfaction/service. I am apply the online loan, reliance finance limited, that person said, ur paid the processing fees Rs. 5500 then loan amount transfer ur account, and next paid the Intercity charge Rs.12639 then loan amount did not credited in my account, so, pls help me sir, 5500+12639=18139 amount is pls return to me, pls help us thank u
