Hi Team, I am getting a continues call from reliance to pay two months amount (around 1550) for Internet bill. Below are the details about my complaint. My Internet billing date is 19th of every month .I asked my Reliance(Internet service provider) to stop the service on β€œ1-Aug2014” via email and I did not received any reply from Reliance. Then again I sent a reminder on β€œ7-Aug2014”, so on β€œ8-Aug2014” they started the process (which is not my fault). Now they are asking me to Pay two months charges around 1550 rupees. I have told them that I am ready to pay from β€œ19-July-2014” to β€œ1-Aug-2014” but they continuously harass me. Refer the attached mail for details which is communication sent to reliance team. Please help me for above conflict.

        my mobile no. is [protected] ...daily any vas service is activated on my no. without suscribing and my bal. also deducted daily sometime 1 rupee some times 5 rupee and when i call to your service centre theydidn't pick my any call im trying to call your service centre about 50 times but no. response from there...plz deactivate my vas and return my all bal.

        This time, Even i am not getting any msg for the VAS activation. I cant say whether its VAS or something else but continous deduction is happening and the most pity thing is, they cant check the data older more than 24 hours.

          Hello Sir, , My name is Rahul Gupta a reliance netconnect+ customer with datacard number : [protected] Delhi region. Since I had done my last recharge of Rs. 999 I am continuously facing problems with my Internet connection . Since it is a 3G connection and i suppose to get speed upto 3000 kbps which is definitely not happening in my case, Its been more than 28 days i am unable to use my reliance datacard due to poor or no connectivity most of the time . I have launched many complaints regarding the same at reliance customer care but didn't got resolution till date. Details of complaints are as follows : Complaint No. 1 :[protected] Dt. 10th Dec 2014 Complaint No. 2 :[protected] Dt. 15th Dec 2014 Complaint No. 3 :[protected] Dt. 18th Dec 2014 None of the above complaints got resolved and as a result i am still unable to use my internet connection. One of your customer care representative suggested that there might be major technical issue in my residence area as a result i am asking you to increase my validity by 1 month till the technical problem get solved. I also wrote email to reliance datacard support but only getting computer generated replies. These are the main concerns which is why my validity need to be increase by 1 month, 1. I have more than 10 GB of data balance in my account which is impossible to use in 1 day at 1 kbps and almost no connectivity. 2. Or you can kindly refund my money because i am facing problem since i did my last recharge of Rs. 999 and tried to inform you by launching complaints but didn't got any support. Please find the attached Screen Shots of my current internet connectivity at netconnect+ Mode, HighSpeed 1x Mode, hybrid mode Hoping for the best possible earliest solution to my problem .Some of details you might need to solve my problem.. There are many good brands available in the market which offers much better services and support to customers than Reliance's third class services..               My reliance netconnect data card([protected]) stopped working some 5 months ago. I had to call customer care (cc) quite a few times before I could get proper address and contact details of their service center to get the device replaced. (My device is within warranty period as it is not one year yet since I signed up with Reliance)But the contact numbers they gave for the service center were either not in use or not reachable. Hence we decided to disconnect the service as I have been paying bill without even using the service. I called cc and asked them to disconnect the account in November (29th I guess) and they said it will be done in 15 days. I also complained about paying bills without using the service and was told they will waive off 3 months bills. But I have been receiving bills after that and worse, account is not yet disconnected. Every week I call cc, they give excuses such as it will be disconnected, they are escalating to the concerned team, I will get a call back and what not. Meanwhile I end up paying the bill for such a worst service. For the last 3-4 times whenever I called CC I end up getting disconnected. I asked to speak to their supervisor couple of times and told please don't disconnect, they either hang up or put me on mute for quite sometime before disconnecting. Its really a frustrating experience having to deal with such worse cc who doesn't even basic courtesy while dealing with a customer. Also, even when I explicitly ask for a reference number for the call, they don't provide me one. Now all I want is my last month's bill (I have paid all the bills till now inspite of not using the service) to be waived off and my account to be disconnected without further delay.               Hi, I just received a call from Reliance CC stating that my account has been terminated. So I take it that my last month's bill has been waived off and account has been disconnected. Thanks.
              Even I had worst experience with reliance CC and store peoples. They wont pick-up the call and disconnects without answering etc.

                  I just buy a CDMA phone and my service is start yesterday. i have done 303 FRC as per FRC CDMA plan 3 month's R2R std and local is unlimited free but today i have check my total balance is finished and i tried to call customer care 5 to 10 time's still you people not taking a call. if your people is not able to picked up a call so why you provide the customer care service i want celerification and my all the money back because i am not used the service and plan.my no is [protected] please revert us ASAP.

                    I think I should move from reliance to some other network. If you people could not manage ur website then shut it off. This is not the first time I m facing issue with reliance. Reliance is a disgusting network and service providers. Till now I have balance In my sim I will use after that I will just get rid from this.

                              balance is deducting from my accountas blockout day, 35+11 rs have deducted yet. On calling the complaint number i.e. 198 they were unable to assist me saying that the server is down and they are unable to view my account details. As result I was not able to call on 198 for getting further updates of my situation And please note that this is the second time the above scenario...please help me fast

                                Download speed below 100kbps Upload speed 500kbps. What the hell. Subscriber Id :[protected] Here only able to provide image, I have a video of Reliance Broadband speed, if watch that video noone will take reliance. Reliance is the most inconsistent Broadband i have ever used. Reliance has the worst customer support. Every customer care executives say same thing. "I have noted your complaint. We will be giving it to backend team. Your Problem will be resolved in 24Hours". See i iam not getting reliance broadband because of reliance problem i will have to wait for 24 hours to get a resolution. In weekend my main job is to call reliance customer care executive and say reliance is not working, that problem this problem. And most funny thing is that reliance takes cash in advance, they are sure that is a customer uses reliance broadban he will not pay the bill for sure LOL.

                                  I recharged my mobile number on 1st Jan 2015 with Rs. 70 have talk time of Rs. 70, after first 2 hours of my recharge initially Rs. 20 were deducted from my account & then later by the evening complete balance was deducted from my account. On calling the complaint number i.e. 198 they were unable to assist me saying that the server is down and they are unable to view my account details. Later my phone number was blocked on complaint number i.e. 198, as result I was not able to call on 198 for getting further updates of my situation And please note that this is the second time the above scenario is happening with me earlier at the time of Diwali, in the similar manner the balance was deducted from my account and they didn't gave me refund Please look into the issue and ensure that Justice is Served Regards, Vikas Ramchandani Pimpri Pune 411017 Mob No. [protected]

                                    Dear Team, i recharged my reliance gsm with rs 74 3g pack with 10 days validity as i needed faster connectivity for some downloading but it was not working properly so i inserted my sim card on my dongle but it did not connect so i disconnected the data and put it back on my phone and today from the morning itself my internet is not working and it connects and disconnects within just 2 seconds so i called the customer care and explained him the issue he said that if i will use the 3g internet in dongle it will remove all my data and nothing will be left but on the recharge confirmation message nothing regarding the issue was mentioned so those people barred my both 2g and 3g pack. and the validity of pack was till 06thjan 2015 . it is just a kind of fraud done to me because they removed my 1gb approx data balance and I lose my 74 rs please i want the internet and balance both started in my Dongle.                                       I have terminated the connection with Reliance last month and changed to Idea because of network issues. I have added my credit card in register and pay option. I have paid the bill on the day i initiated the PORT and again it was deducted from Register to pay option too.. I wanted to know the process of how to get my security Deposit and extra paid bill amount. Thanks, [protected]
