[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Bad services and speed which is not as per tariff | |||||
I recently changed my plan to 999/- unlimited plan after confirming from the customer care that this plan will give me good speed (AVG 512kbps). From the last one month i am facing low spped issues and it is not been resolved yet. Every time i talk to the customer service agent they say its a technical issue but like every time this company cheated me with bad services. How can a customer pay for the services which he does not get. his is like playing with our money and looting like robbers. The speed problem are solved and i am unable to work with this services by this worst company. I have been their customer since 5years and this is the level of company.
