[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Bill received even after the connection closure

Hi,

I am using Reliance CDMA netconnect+ and it is not working from July last week onwards.

Subscriber no: [protected]

I requested for cancellation for the same on Aug 12th and it got disconnected. But still I got bill for Aug and September month. But there is no service from Aug 12th onward.

Please let me know why I need to pay the bill.

Updated by grandhikiran Main reason to raise a complaint is, when I call to customer care about the problem to raise the request after listening the problem simply they are disconnecting the call without raising the complaint. Repeated three times, later visited Reliance store but they are asking to call customer care. I crossed checked in August itself whether my number is disconnected or not by calling customer care, they said number disconnected in Aug 25th itself. Surprisingly bill came for September month. What kind of service providing to customer I don't know .

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
