[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Billing issue after service termination-Reliance number [protected]

As per the last telephonic conversation with the representative from Mumbai, the issue was resolved quoting below email and i dont receive any email after that. But i keep receiving SMS stating still bill payment is pending. When i check with appellate authority they said it was still there. Where is the gap. Can anyone help to close the loop and get this resolved ?
