FYI my Relience netconnect no is [protected] (broadband+) used only for internet. I have been using this connection for internet from almost last 5 years & never had any payment related issues. (every month my bill was RS 1067/- fixed)...But since last year the connectivity was a big issue & the connection speed also became worse. I requested reliance to look into this matter & get it resolved….but nothing worked. So I requested for a bill plan change (a lower tariff)
Since more than 4 months I have been requesting regularly for a bill plan change, but still it’s not been changed. Every time a false commitment was made.
It seems no one cares whether customer stays on relience network or not. I am using this connection (broadband) from last five years, but it hardly matters to them & ...the service provided overall was pathetic.
I have regularly raised this issue with their cc (All my communications (mail/telephonic) made with relience cc since last 4 - 5 months regarding my My Relience Net Connect No [protected]) can be checked & verified.
First time I requested for my bill plan change & complaint about their pathetic service was in the month of August 2014.
Hence, since then I have endless number of communications/emails sent to reliance cc...But sadly no one ever tried to resolve the issue. I repeatedly asked cc to ask their supervisor/ manager to call me, but not even once, they bothered to call me back. So finally, I told them to stop my connection & send me the bill for the last month, as per the requested tariff….but none of the above was done for another month. Though my connection was barred & was not able to use any service, but still they kept me charging for this useless connection. They are finally asking me to pay Rs 2200/- to close this connection
After using it for 5 years I have to stop this connection, because every time there was a False commitment made by cc about change of my bill plan. But it never happened. I continued paying more as per my previous bill plan even without its worth. But finally my patience was over as since few months I have been paying more (as every time a false commitment about my bill plan change was made)but was never done & at the month end I ends up paying more money.
Their bad internet service & very bad cc service has in fact made my work suffer a lot.
Above this today (04/03/2015) I received a call from Saket court (Anushka), she told me that a case (File no: DL432/15)has been filled against me by Manish & asked me to speak to him at [protected] to check for the details about the case filed.
On checking with manish he told me that my case/file will be forwarded by today evening for legal procedure & the FIR will be registered in Ghaziabad police station.
This is purely a fraud/cheating done by relience.
But i don't know what to do know? I am afraid as i do not want to end up myself dealing with police /FIR.
FYI: I have not received any written notice for the same, so what shall i do?
These last few months have been very hard on me not only I ended up paying more money, but resulted in metal & physical stress as well.
I think i do not have any option at present but to make this payment.
