Reliance Netconnect — Customer care representative knowingly disconnecting my calls without answering my queries

Hi, I want to make an official complaint against reliance net connect+ call centre employees. First of all it's very difficult to wait in queue and once you get in the call the repentative would disconnect the call without answering my queries or say they can't hear call us back when my network and phone is working perfectly.

I have a reliance net connect dongle which is broken and I would like to replace it. I am getting no help from customer representatives and I cannot access my internet either.

Please suggest me a solution ASAP.

Updated by vbhvm47 Hi I was able to get in touch with reliance. But the problem is still not resolved. I have transferred my netkonnect USB to wipod device. But for some reason the internet is not working. I have Been chasing the reliance outlets across Bangalore. Called the customer care but no one is able to assist me. They always say someone will call to help but nothing happens. I have not used my internet for over a month. My number is [protected]. Please get in touch and resolve this ASAP
