My data card number is [protected].i have filed a complaint previously about bad service and internet connection issue but i don't think anybody has taken care of my problem.
My problem remains same as earlier.My problem was that i am not able to connect to internet and i have called so many times to customer care of reliance and as always, they are not helping me and telling me same thing that go to reliance store. Now i don't have any idea how to solve my problem because nobody is giving me any sort of solution.
after i filed complained against customer service, i received call from reliance navi mumbai and they asked me to visit a authorised service center (Address: Shop No. G-15, Opposite Saraswati Complex, New Railway Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122006) to solve the problem as they said there is no issue in your connection but might be data card problem.So i went there and authorised service center told me that they don't solve ZTE-Reliance product.i called customer care and they told me there is nothing like this.Then customer care representative talked to him but could not convience to solve the problem .He again gave me another address but that was closed till than.I visited on mentioned address again on next day.[Address: Shop No. 11, 1st Floor, Bus Stand Road, Near Mamta Hospital, Opp. Apollo Tyre, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001]
The person name there was FIZA and she said she have nothing but have to replace the Data Card.She even did not give a look to my data card, she just said rudely that there will be no checking, we will replace your data card and submit bill. I asked her what is the problem in this data card, she just said network problem and i asked what sort of network problem she did not reply.she was so rude and did not give any solution beside replacement.
Now i don't have bill because the person, i purchased data card from, told me at the time of purchasing that he does not have bill now and will give me after 2-3 days. I agreed as i thought he will help me .but he gave me his number and told me his name i.e SANJAY and told me he is speaking from reliance corporate office and working in reliance for past 8 years.
Then i lost my phone and lost his number too.
so i called customer care of reliance and they told me that they can't help in this and did not gave any solution.
I asked to re-generate my bill or gave me any solution so that either i can have my problem solved or i can re-generate bill again.They told me they can't do anything and told me to visit the reliance store.i already told them i have visited reliance store and they are not helping.but they kept on saying same thing.
The complain is that why nobody is helping, even senior from navi mumbai gave me wrong address, then what can you expect from normal representatives.
I have data card, i have data card number, paid my bill, have activated my data plan means i have purchased the data card then what is the problem to re-generate bill.or tack down that person who has given me this data card.That should not be so difficult fort them.But thing is they don't want to help.
I want to file a complain against reliance, reliance customer care service kolkata and the authorised service center which i mentioned and want action to be taken against their respective seniors and branch manager who handles these authorised service center.
