My data card number is [protected].My data card was blocked because of late payment.But the late payment was because i did not receive any bill from reliance because wrong gmail is registered in reliance by reliance representatives. I somehow contacted your customer service and before paying full payment i asked your representative how much time it will take to activate my net plan.His name was SADHAN, he told me it will take maximum 2:30 minutes to activate, then i called after 3 hours and my net was not active till then .i talked to NEHA representative of reliance, she was very rude and did not provide me any solution and told me your complain is registered and it will take more 6 hours.my request number is[protected].after 7:30 hours later i talked to one of your representative KARAN and he again said they can't do anything call us after sometime.i told him all story but he kept on saying call us after 2 hours.This call was made around 12:30AM in the mid night.He was very rude too and did not gave any solution.Then after 2 hours around 2:30AM in the morning i again made a call and it was PRALOY who told me again call after some time.they kept on saying we can't do anything and very rude too.Then i again made a call and TAPASISH picked up call and said he can't help and again told me there is some technical problem and can't tell and was so rude that i lost my temper.He again told me to call in the morning or after some time.
Then around 12:30 in the afternoon i again made a call and SUJAN picked up call and again told me that they can't resolve my problem and was so rude and kept on repeating only one thing that is call us after some time.
so i have waited more than 24 hours and made so many calls, not a single representative was professional but rude too.They did not give em any solution and kept on repeating same thing.
so i want you to take action against these representative SADHAN, NEHA, KARAN, PRALOY, TAPASISH and their respective seniors who gave them freely access to say anything, and not a single time they came to talk to me as i repeatedly asking about seniors and they kept on fooling customer and making bad name of reliance.
And please activate my net connection as soon as possible because customer have suffered alot.
And all those representative are from kolkata and Drop me a mail that what action have you taken against them.
