[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Deactivation and billing of data card issue

Dear SIR/Ma'am

REVIEW: first for customer who wants to purchase reliance product specially related to network, Sim, INTERNET SERVICES, just go for it only when you want to loose your time and wants to waste money and want to change you peaceful life into frustrating life because the service they will provide and the talk customer care executive and their senior does is PATHETIC.


my data card number is [protected] and i have called your customer care so many times that i might have crossed century but not a single time i received any useful information.i have filed complain on this site also but nobody took any action, they just call me and does provide me complain number, what the hell i m going to do with complain number digits, u tell me.and when i call customer care or any other person calls me from reliance they ask me complain number otherwise they cant do anything they say.tell me why do you have systems then if you can't track the record of your customer, u keep on asking everything from customer, then why are you having those system??

i have complained so many times, but nobody gave me even 1% solution.
so after so much disappointment i wanted my connection to be terminated but its been 20 days but you (relaicne) not even able to disconnect it.

One of your executive told me on 20 or 23 jan 2016 that if i would disconnect it now then i had to pay the amount based on my data uses i asked her to check my data usage and she told me that you have not used single 1 kb yet.then i asked how it is possible that my due balance is 363 rupees.then she told me you just wait till 27 jan as bill is generated on that day and then terminate your data card and will do ADJUSTMENT (means will minus the data usage from bill).i did as she told.Now reliance customer care is saying i have to pay 500 rupees first then we can terminate only


THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUD AND FOOLING CUSTOMER.

First they told me to wait till 27 and will do adjustment and now they are saying pay your bill first(which i have not used.i have not used even 1 kb as my device is not able to connect to internet or might be some network problem, i complained about this issue so many times but nobody solved my problem.it all started on 10 jan 2016)

So why are you fooling customer and why are you not able to solve a single problem that deactivate my account

It is totally fraud you reliance is doing, i have already paid more money and your sales person has already fraud with me as he did not give bill to me, Now even company si doing so.

Customer care person is saying pay bill first and then we can terminate and how i can pay for something which i have not used.other than that they can't do anything.

you are totally doing fraud in open environment, reliance.
YOU ARE TOTALLY FOOLING CUSTOMER AND DOING FRAUD IN OPEN ENVIRONMENT RELIANCE

Is THERE ANY SINGLE HONEST PERSON IN RELIANCE WHO CAN SOLVE MY PROBLEM ?

i don't think there is one but let's see.
and one more thing i m not going to pay single extra penny and is not gong to give up in this case.
