[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — informed many to disconnect the network... they are just generating the bill monthly | |||
Since 6 to 7 months i am not using the netconnect.. I have informed many reliance associates to disconnect.. But of no use.. Its a waste of time to call customer service as it will always go on waiting.. Its better to keep more people in customer service than billing department as they call a lot but listen nothing.. I was keep paying the bill till july though i am not using it.. As they were not listening to my nw disconnection i have dropped them the email still no response.. Keep sending the e bill.. nearby btm reliance comunictn office is also always be closed.. I have informed this as well.. Finally i stopped receiving the bill sms to my cell and i was hapy that they have disconnected the connection.. But i am shocked to see my inbox today.. Reliance still sending the ebill silently.. Please ask them to discnnect and stop generating the e bill.. Was this information helpful? | |||
