Reliance Netconnect+ — Internet Not working since May 28 2014 | |||
I use Reliance Netconnect+ for my Internet needs. For the past 2 days i.e. May 28th onwards, the Internet has not been working. I have called the customer care 'n' number of times[protected]. But nobody picks up the call. Instead we keep getting the recorded message that all the representatives are busy on calls and it will take more than 5 minutes to connect us to a representative. THIS IS A BIG LIE. Even i[censored] hang on to the call for an hour, u still get the same response. These people are cheating customers like this and testing our patience. Why the hell cant they pick up the call and tell us what the problem is? This kind of irresponsible behaviour is causing a lot of inconvenience. I hope the executives from reliance wake up and resolve the problem ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its been 1 week since this problem started and there is absolutely no trace of a resolution. The contact centre still plays the same recorded messages and no one from reliance has got back to me regarding my complaint. How can a company of such repute be so ignorant of its customers and the problems they are facing? I am tired of calling the customer care everyday hoping that somebody will pick up the call and resolve the issue. Or is it that Reliance Communications just does not care? Anyway i cant let them test my patience anymore and will be switching over to a more reliable network. Reliance is just not reliable!
