I had recharged Internet for 3 months Rs.1499/- for 18 GB Sept end 2014.
On Novemeber 2nd my net stopped working.when i called first they have replied saying your data is over. but i have not used 18 gb in a months time.
after repeated calls there has been no response from their side. i have also asked for the readings for data usage. but they are not sending that also.
i have paid in advance and they have some technical glitch from their side. they are not revealing it. they have easily washed off thier hands saying your data is over. but i have not used 18 GB in a month.
please update me on the same issue.
