[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect+ — Netconnect+ Cancelled but still getting bills

Hi, We have requested for Reliance Netconnect+ No. [protected] cancellation few months back and paid the due amount in the Reliance partner stores and from past 2 months I'm getting bills and even after mailing them that we have already paid the bill they have send another bill now. I have already seen this kind of idiotic internet bill which is Rs 85000 billed for old couple who rarely use the internet and after many visits to regional center in Hyderabad they have waived that amount. Do we need these kinds of visits to them to make them bill customers in ethical manner.
