Reliance Netconnect — not connecting in netconnect profile, when tries, signal goes down to zero | |||
dear sir My problem regarding my reliance netconnect no. [protected] is still remains unresolved from last 10 days. Service Request No.[protected] everytime i get a reply that "we are working so plz wait" but still nothing has been done. This is really painful and pathetic from reliance part. Today i had a discussion with Mr. Vikas, TSE, Although he talked nicely but still i feel you people are taking the complaint unseriously. please solve it at the earliest and give my my full speed of 3.1 mbps for which i paid 1500 rs for 3 months. now they have replied that it has been solved, they even didn't discuss/called with me.
