[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — NOT terminating service

Hi, My contact number is [protected]. My datacard number is [protected]. I had requested for termination of service.For that one service request was raised on 16th aug with #[protected]. This request was closed on 31st august without terminating connection.When I followed up they created another SR #[protected].What the hell is this? I want my service to be disconnected by this week and a confirmation mail on same as I am no longer interested in this service.I shall take legal action if this is not disconnected.
