[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Pathetic service and customer support | |||
I have got low speed on my Reliance netconnect 3g dongle in Mumbai area. There is no issue with network coverage in my area as it worked well before. But since the past one week I see the speeds have drastically dropped to just 12kbps. There is sufficient balance for 3g data. I have been on calls with customer care executives multiple times and each one has a story to tell. Finally a complaint was logged but the resolution time is of 2 days. For an issue of this magnitude I do not see any reason for a resolution time of 2 days. I have asked if the company policy abides bt this timeline but they customer care was not able to give me an answer. It is really a hopeless service.
