Reliance Netconnect Plus — harassment

Hi,
This is Sudarshan.My netconnect number is [protected]..
I had disconnected the connection 3 months ago and also paid Rs 200 which was pending..
Now I got a letter to my house stating that I have to pay another 500Rs and this is my final bill..
The details of the bill is mentioned below:-

REF NO:D2225807-C000195
RELATIONSHIP NUMBER:[protected]
BILL NUMBER[protected]

now what is the reason that I have to pay the amount again?I had disconnected the connection almost 3 months ago because of poor speed and now I am getting another bill..

Reliance cannot provide the mentioned speed to the customer, but do they expect the customer to keep on paying the bill as and when they require the amount?

Why is Reliance harassing the customers like this..When I went to Reliance outlet(Samrudhi venturesBank colony, , Banashankiri, Bangalore)They clearly mentioned that I had to pay only 200Rs..This fact was also confirmed by the customer care executives..

In this case how do reliance expect me to pay Rs 500 Again?
