Reliance Netconnect — Poor Signal no resolution has been Taken

I have been Complaining from Past 3 months of Poor Signal of Reliance Pro 3!! I even visited the Reliance web world (Armenian Street Branch - Chennai) regarding this issue and still no action or resolution has been taken place... I have raised many complaints regarding this issue but I have never even received even a Call back... There is no connectivity what so ever I have tried every step the Reliance CC executive told me but still no fix.!!! Really ashamed for such poor customer service... Please do the needful as I am not getting any signal in My office as well as Home both being the Heart of the city Areas still no signal. I am going to wait till 2 weeks otherwise I'll be switching network for sure and will be quiting and Boycotting all Reliance Services.
