Kathir ([protected] ) from Tamilnadu. Iam the existing customer of Reliance for More than 7 years. For their migration and growth, they requested all the existing customer to buy new data card for 899 and then 899 changed to 1599.
Before buying that datacard, i checked with Nungabakkam as well Anna nagar reliance store to confirm whether my unlimited plan get change after migration. They given oral confirmation that our plan will not get changed and only network speed will be increased due to upgration. I was happy about offer of Reliance for existing customer and then i bought a new data card for Rs. 1599/-
After using the datacard for certain period, My connection was disconnected and there is no signal. So i checked with concern customer care through live chat[protected] Not connecting ), Bikram ( Customer care person ) responded that my data 5 GB got over, So disconnected.
I informed him that this is a Unlimited connection, but given confirmation that my plan got changed from Rs. 600 + ST (unlimited data ) is changed to Rs. 1100 + ST ( Limited 5 GB Data).
Without my knowledge, they changed data plans as well increased the cost of plan.
Why reliance ppl given confirmation earlier that plan will not get changed after migration?.
Hope this complain will reach Reliance management and revise my plan as usual or do some favor Was this information helpful? |
