Reliance Netconnect — Reliance broadband lok adalat letter and advc conciliation | |||||
Sir, I used Reliance netconnect and had it disconnected it in the last year sep and i was told by the customer care representative that the connection was closed.After that recently in january I was told that i has to pay another 778Rs or else i have to go to a lokadalat.So i paid the due amount of 778Rs(please find the attached tax receipt for the same) and i was told by the customer care that the connection was terminated successfully.i thought this wont happend again next time. .But today i got a another mail of the same type saying that i was still due of 201 and is asking me to meet some advocate, lokadlat.How many times do i have to do this closing procedure.i ran out of patience tolerating this Unjust collection f money even after the termination of service and i want to complain about this As a big company, it is not good on its part to blackmail customers like me everytime with 700 and 200 rupees saying. that much amount is due for termination or otherwise have to approach an advocate and lokadlat. please find the reecipt for 778/- i paid to terminate the connection and kinldy ensure that they wont repeat this thing again Was this information helpful? | |||||
