[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — reliance netconnect data card disconnection. | |||
I am using reliance netconnect data card no :[protected] on july 29-2017 i went reliance store and applied for cancellation. They have told with in 5 days it will be cancellation will be done. But still my data card not at cancellation done. I didn't receiving any call from reliance netconnect regarding this but they have generated this month bill also (With out using net). i have received the call from reliance (advocate) regarding bill payment .they told they will send the notice to me regarding the bill payment .but still i have not received call from customer care regarding this problem .
again i have received bill of last month with out using net .my customer service no is debarred.
reliance plz take action .
