Reliance Netconnect — reliance netconnect+ not working | |||
My reliance netconnect+ is not working from last 13 days . I have connected with an unlimited plan of 750 rs / month . whenever i connect with it, it gives an error saying "remote computer did not repond" . I have complaint on customer care call center, complaint ids[protected]. but still getting no response . Now i call at customer care, they say their computer is down so they can't check my complaint. I am fed up with this system . Also they dont know the problem . I told them that my dongle is not working in roaming (it is working fully from the home area of connection), Was this information helpful? | |||
