Reliance Netconnect — speed issue | |||
I'm a user of reliance 3G dongle and I'm based in netaji subash place, pitampura, Delhi. Since Oct 2014 I'm facing speed related issue due to which my work suffers a lot and i have registered around 15-20 complaints regarding the same. In second week of dec when i agin call the customer care they said there some congestion problem in your area and our team is working there and it will be sorted out by 31st dec. Then again i called in first week of jan 2015 they gave me revised date of 31st jan 2015. But till now I'm facing the same problem which is so frustrating. For the month of nov and dec they gave me around 50% waiver in my billing amount due to the problem which i was facing. But for the month of jan and feb they denied to give any waiver and when i asked the reason they said you have already got two waiver so we cant give you anymore. I told them but what about the problem which i'm facing because its still there and its a fault from your side so why should i pay for it but they just dont want to listen and instead of working on this issue they call me everyday to pay the bill for the month of jan and feb. I'm attaching few complaint numbers along with date date which i'm having rightnow at the bottom of this complaint.
