[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — This is most pathetic service I have ever had | |||
This is reference to problem with Reliance Net connect Data card # [protected]. The dongle was not working and I had it replaced . However My broadband speeds are still not working properly and speeds are atrocious, I get most of the time only 120 KBPS for Net connect Plus broadband package. I pay Rs 1068/- monthly for this and i am very disappointed with whole service, also today I called your customer service to find out that I am not eligible for a waiver (Ref[protected] this is not acceptable as I did not have the dongle for about 10 days and still I am being charged for those day. I request you to kindly help me in this regards and finally the customer service person did not give any information about the waiver and she said I can go to consumer forum. This is most pathetic service I have ever had. I would appreciate a quick response to the this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
